You're in your small apartment, nestled in a large city such as New York, Toronto, São Paulo, or Paris. The once vibrant urban life is now a haunting mix of alarms and distant screams. With only a scant supply of food and hygiene products, you face a dire situation. The news reports a rapid spread of the infection, and the government's quarantine efforts seem futile. Peering out at the chaotic streets below, you know a critical decision must be made.

What 2-3 places would you prioritize (or only choose #10.Stay in the Apartment)?

1. Supermarket: Venturing to the nearest supermarket offers a high chance of finding food and essentials. However, it's risky due to the potential for looters and infected individuals. 
2. Pharmacy: The local pharmacy might have medications, hygiene products, and possibly snacks. It's smaller, posing a lower risk of encountering crowds, but may already be picked over or targeted by others.
3. Police Station: Heading to the police station could provide safety, weapons, and possibly other survivors. The gamble lies in its potential as a hotspot for others seeking refuge, increasing danger.
4. Hospital: Choosing the hospital is risky due to the high likelihood of concentrated infection. However, it may offer medical supplies and potentially a safe zone established by healthcare workers.
5. Fire Station: Opting for the fire station might yield useful gear and an emergency stockpile of food and water. It's less likely to be overrun by the infected but may lack essential supplies.
6. School: Schools have cafeterias and basic first aid kits, but their size makes them tricky to navigate safely. 
7. Construction Site: A construction site could provide building materials for barricading and possibly some overlooked snacks. It's a less obvious target for survivors but may have limited useful supplies.
8. Pet Store: The pet store offers edible items and basic supplies, with lower chances of being a target. However, the food is not ideal for humans, and essential human supplies are scarce.
9. Public Library: The public library is a long shot with potential for non-perishable staff food and useful information. It's unlikely to be crowded with the infected but may lack substantial supplies.
10. Stay in the Apartment: Staying in the apartment minimizes immediate risk. Rationing supplies and remaining hidden is safe but unsustainable in the long term, potentially leading to a desperate situation as supplies dwindle.
