Zombie Exodus: Aftermath poll
Added 2022-09-04 13:01:03 +0000 UTCBy the end of the month, we will reach 30 scenes for this interactive story. It has a word count of nearly 18,000 words. It seems we are coming to a natural conclusion for the first part, so I wanted to create a poll to discuss moving forward.
I can easily continue with the story if you are all interested in seeing how these characters develop and proceed through the apocalypse.
Another thought is to reset Zombie Exodus: Aftermath back at the original camp and give you the opportunity to choose a different path for Violet.
I could also end the story for now and go on to a different type of interactive story, most likely in the zombie apocalypse. I would put up a series of new polls, so we can decide on the theme and details of that future story.

2022-09-07 17:42:09 +0000 UTCAs much as I like this current story, I would love to see another choice game set in the zombie exodus universe -- but with a twist. The vast majority of zombie apocalypse fiction is seen from a survivor point of view, with the struggle to find food, looking for shelter, etc., but how about from the government PoV? Some lowly lobbyist hearing whispers of a virus and finds evidence. Do they make it public? Extort their way to safety? Or how about being high up in the government where you influence how to combat the spread of Zeta?
