Safe Haven Scenario Poll - Airport #6
Added 2020-05-12 13:01:02 +0000 UTCIn our last poll, you selected that a plane radios for an emergency landing when the MC is in the control room of the airport. In this poll, you will choose the details about that plane, who is on it, and why they are making an emergency landing.
New Army Refuel -- It's a New Army plane. Their fuel tank is leaking, and they are running low on fuel.
Civilian Mishap -- A group of civilians took a plane from an abandoned airport to try to fly across country. They don't know how to fly and are losing control of the plane.
Alternate Air Force -- an unaffiliated Air Force pilot is attempting to fly across country to get back to family. As he was leaving an Air Force Base, he was shot at by a civilian militia.
Teens Joyriding -- a group of teenagers, well-versed in flight simulators, stole a plane to take on a joyride. Their instruments failed, and they are bound to crash.

2020-05-12 19:01:18 +0000 UTCMy only hesitation with the teen one is their motivation. It's the middle of the apocalypse and they're joy riding an airplane? Assumingly their parents are dead? How did they survive this deep into the apocalypse with reckless/unnecessary behavior like joyriding planes? If you end up going with that one hopefully that stuff is addressed.

2020-05-12 16:43:56 +0000 UTCI voted New Army, but I'm all are tempting. It would be cool to potentially add more people to the group, but the New Army leaves room for 'political' tension, and perhaps even making sure they don't survive so I can have a plane.

2020-05-12 15:15:07 +0000 UTCI picked the teens, just because I love to imagine my main MC (a nurse) hopefully saving the teens, and then scolding them something fierce about them being reckless :'D Then I have other MCs who would straight up insult them and call them dumb. The interaction could be gold.
