Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven scenario poll

Recently on social media, I posted a poll on a new character to be included in Safe Haven Part 3. This was graciously donated by Frazer77 as part of a patron reward.

The winning character is...

Jefferey Finch, fairly emaciated, as he believes the outbreak is the work of the government poisoning the food.

In past months we have come up with a variety of scenarios and I would like to include Jeffrey Finch as a character in one of them. Where would you like to see him?

The G. R. & R. International Airport - Jeffrey is living in an air traffic controllers booth and has locked himself in. He will talk to the survivors over the loudspeaker, which will draw in even more zombies.

Hotel - an admission where the survivors are called to save guests trapped in a hotel, Jeffrey is staying at the hotel and will attack the survivors, thinking they are from the government, sent to kill him.

Crossed paths - a group of raiders, known as the Four Horsemen, are robbing a group when encountered by the survivors. Jeffrey is one of the group getting robbed.

Amusement Park - Thelma's group has taken over an amusement park to use as a base during the outbreak. As you arrive to talk to Thelma, you encounter Jeffrey who is in their commissary destroying all of their food because he thinks it's poisoned.

Missed Rally/Helping Hands - your group sets out to scavenge a small residential community and encounter Jeffrey who is destroying all of the food and one of the houses.
