Ciao amici,

oggi sono una cameriera che vi serve un buon caffè!

E perchè questo ruolo?

Perchè oggi 1 ottobre è la giornata internazionale del caffè dove oltre a celebrarlo, si punta il dito anche sul caffè del commercio equosolidale ed i produttori a cui spesso non viene riconosciuto il giusto denaro e anche al fatto che il caffè aumenta a causa di tante incognite che ci sono intorno a noi. ( dai dazi all'inflazione al costo della materia prima etc)

Ma io volevo soffermarmi sul bello del gustarsi un caffè in compagnia o da solo in qualsiasi momento della giornata e magari sia in maniera tradizionale con le classiche caffettiere, sia con la macchinetta espresso a cialde od ancora un caffè americano o con la caffettiera napoletana.

Tra l'altro ho anche dei vecchi macinini da caffè che erano della mia bisnonna e nonna che funzionano ancora.

Una lunga storia quella del caffè, che nasce in Etiopia ma che un padovano nel 1570 porta in Italia e precisamente a Venezia e da li inizia a raggiungere tutta la penisola e a venir consumato dalle famiglie. Negli ultimi anni è nato anche il caffè sospeso lasciato pagato nei bar per chi non può permetterselo.

By the way, I also have some old coffee grinders that belonged to my great-grandmother and grandmother and that still work.
