RIBBONS

Dear Patrons,

I am working late tonight. Seems like recently I've been burning the candle at both ends but I'm happy to say that it's been productive at the Nest. I'm on the edge of burnout so very happy that this particular project is now in the bag... I'm so very happy with it!

Here I have for you the very first song from HEX, the new album, which we will be revealing to you bit by bit. It's called RIBBONS, and is about the pathways of your life becoming a tangled web around you that can end up feeling restrictive and complex.

It's dark, gritty, etherial, dreamy, aggressive, groovy, unsettling and majestic - all wrapped up with the signature Birdeatsbaby sound and yet quite a departure from previous songs.

I would love to know what you think. The video is about 99% finished, I might make some minor adjustments but I couldn't wait to share it with you. 

Please keep it secret! Public release is not for a while yet...
