JANUARY 2021 - Things announced!

Dear Patrons,

It’s 2021.

Well, we survived 2020 to enter another year already plagued with chaos and uncertainty. While things still look quite grim out there, I am hopeful that things will get better and we can take some steps forwards.

We as a band would like to thank you for being with us through the roughest year we’ve had as musicians, ever. Your support has been our saving grace and we will not be forgetting that anytime soon. We hope all of you are doing ok and getting the support you need to get through the next stage of lockdown. 

Next month I will be shaking up the tiers and rejigging our image for the year that follows. Don’t worry, all will be made clear and I know you’re going to love the new Patreon hub. I'm planning on bringing back patron-zooms, doing more video live shows and some fresh surprises too!

Anyway... this month is afoot! I shall now announce the tiers…

$1+ SPARROWS

A brand new song entitled ‘I Only Get What You Give Me’. It’s a duet with Jonny Parlett and going to be off Mishkin’s new band project MISHKIN FITZGERALD AND THE CHEMICAL PERILS. So far it’s got some lovely acoustic guitars, double bass and brass. It will eventually have strings and drums too. It’s folky and sad, I hope you love it.

$3+ SWALLOWS

Another live video of Hana and Mishkin this time performing ‘Ropes’ acoustically at Bucks New Uni for a special one-off concert that was recorded last year.

$5+ RAVENS

A photo bundle of snaps from the month. Hmm, I don’t go out much these days I guess I’ll get creative. Expect weirdness ;)

The video blog - edited beautifully by Matas (HTWC documentary guy) this month will feature our recording process, thoughts on 2021 and probably some rambling from Mishkin.

The BEB talk. This time the chosen subject will be mushrooms .🍄As some of you know Mishkin + Garry are avid foragers and now growing our own Pink Oysters, Shitakis, Enokis & Lion’s Mane… Get a step-by-step guide to the growing process + why we are so obsessed with them.

$50+ FLAMINGOS

A hand-written poem containing words from our new song HEX, consecrated and perfumed by our own herbalist Mishkin.

$70+ OWLS

The cover song. This month we’ve chosen to do a Feline & Strange masterpiece, ‘Night’. Listen to the original here it’s truly incredible and show the German trio at their finest.
