Buongiorno miei Patreon,

questo week-end per me è stato di rilassamento in montagna anche perchè è la festa del "Cevrin" e si festeggia anche il ritorno dalle capre dagli alpeggi.

Purtroppo un weekend di pioggia che non mi ha permesso di visitare la miniera di Talco di Forno di Coazze, ma ho preso accordi per visitarle e raccontarvela appena possibile.

Mi sono presa qualche momento di relax per me e per programmare la dieta e gli obiettivi che mi sono data.

D'accordo con il nutrizionista, l'obiettivo è quello di perdere 10Kg.

I primi 5 KG entro il 19 Dicembre.

Ce la faremo? stimolata dal vostro aiuto, ce la posso fare e monitoreremo assieme i progressi.

this weekend for me was a relaxing one in the mountains also because it is the "Cevrin" festival and we also celebrate the return of the goats from the mountain pastures.

Unfortunately a rainy weekend that did not allow me to visit the Talcum mine of Forno di Coazze, but I made arrangements to visit them and tell you about it as soon as possible.

I took a few moments of relaxation for myself and to plan the diet and the goals I have set for myself.
