Ciao Patreon come state?

E' quasi tempo di autunno, le foglie cambiano colore e diventa tutto più lento e pacato. Certo siamo ancora nel tempo della vendemmia ( ormai alla fine) per chi abita nel nostro emisfero boreale ( Gaz avrai ancora un pò di mesi da aspettare prima di poter vendemmiare) o tempo di castagne e magari di vin brulè.

Oppure aspettare una vendemmia tardiva per produrre il passito ( vino molto dolce) dove poi inzupparci i cantucci.

Io però come sempre sono in ritardo, oppure no ma questo me lo deve dire Stefano C, e solamente ora imbottiglio il vino bianco frizzante ( prosecco) che ho ancora in cantina nelle damigiane.

Prima che arrivi la luna nera ( in base ai calendari di imbottigliamento) devo darmi da fare e così, visto che fuori il tempo non è dei migliori, cerco le bottiglie adatte e senza ubriacarmi cerco di rifarmi la cantina con del vino buono da utilizzare per gli innumerevoli spritz :-)

Preferisco il bianco al nero sinceramente e si vede anche dalle damigiane che acquisto ma chissà invece voi cosa usate bere durante i pasti o semplicemente con gli amici.

Parleremo di vino VENERDI 27 SETTEMBRE nella nostra diretta delle ore 9:00/9:15 per GRANDI CUCULI ED OLTRE?

Se volete assolutamente si parleremo di vino ma vorrei chiedervi se:

anche a voi è capitato di dover fare una cosa all'ultimo e se si, avete deciso di rimandarla o avete proseguito il vostro iter? E quale è stato il risultato? Positivo o è stato un fiasco?

Per il momento il fiasco non ce lo ho ma solo damigiane, condivido con voi un bicchiere di prosecco in attesa delle vostre risposte e della nostra diretta.

It's almost autumn time, the leaves are changing color and everything is slower and calmer. Of course we are still in the grape harvest time (now at the end) for those who live in our northern hemisphere (Gaz you will still have a few months to wait before you can harvest) or chestnut time and maybe mulled wine.

Or wait for a late harvest to produce the passito (very sweet wine) to then dip the cantucci in.

But as always I am late, or not but Stefano C. has to tell me this, and only now I decant the sparkling white wine (prosecco) that I still have in the cellar into the demijohns.

Before the black moon arrives (according to the bottling calendars) I have to get busy and so, since the weather outside is not the best, I look for suitable bottles and without getting drunk I try to restock my cellar with good wine to use for the countless spritz :-)

I honestly prefer white to red and it also shows in the demijohns I buy but who knows what you use to drink during meals or simply with friends.

Will we talk about wine on FRIDAY 27 SEPTEMBER in our live broadcast at 9:00/9:15 for GRANDI CUCULI ED OLTRE? If you absolutely want, yes but I would like to ask you if:

has it happened to you too to have to do something at the last minute and if so, did you decide to postpone it or did you continue your process? And what was the result? Positive or was it a fiasco?

For the moment I don't have the fiasco but only demijohns, I'll share a glass of prosecco with you while waiting for your answers and our live broadcast.
