Many big changes of our patreon

Hello! ,first of all i need to apologize to all the patron for many many delay for the past 3-4 months
many thing happen and make the delay longer and longer
this month im start to going back on production track
May minis that delay for so long have been already finish!
and after this i want to make thing clear about my work and make changes to the better

-Monthly minis progress tracking
starting from this month im introduce the progress tracking system on trello
im still trying to catching the goal of "finish all the minis before 5th of that month"
if we're back on track i can go back to have the request board setup again

-Futures works will be more usable and organize
I know about many bad design that is unusable from my early days and i wanted to make things better so from here on i will make things on this principle          
    -usable on real table ,having potential to use in events          
    -having some little story to told on it owns set          
    -monthly model will be compose of                
             -1 base place or structure or big props that represent that place
             - set of props to make that place usable
             -3 important figure of that places(e.g.restaurant >chef , waiter ,customer
             -2 set of more variety figure of that place in 3 poses
                  (e.g.restaurant>customer in many pose, angry customer , slip waiter)               
             -2-5 figure model to add more life to the places               
             -our usual sexy guildmate for my own satisfaction
             -if the place is so big it cannot contain in one go it will be continue on next                  
               month(but still will be usable even not complete)

-Making more way to download for patreon
starting from this month all patron will be able to download files on google drive

-Better management and marketing means better quality
i can't deny that money is important factor in everyone life
small creator like me who struggle to feed the whole family is very stress
and stress make works quality worst im not deny that im stress out sometimes
and neglect the customer support of my patreons
so i think i need to be organize and try more in marketing
(so i might be a bit less stress lol)
and from my perspective im literally bad at management and marketing
if some of you have some advice to improve in this area please told me
(whatever an advice ,youtube video ,course or reads that helps)
