Thank you, Tony. I continue to be impressed, to state it mildly, by your prolific content. Not only is the U.S. “China” policy incomplete, but it is, in my opinion, unfocused. The U.S. government must decide what narrative it intends to champion. At one time, this was a simpler matter. To my chagrin, the narrative has since become muddled. Instead of clear distinctions between a “better” China (the RoC) and a “bigger” China (the PRC)—and a transparent alignment with the former—the U.S. appears to have turned inward, leaving its stance in flux. Alarmingly to me, this flux seems to include the possibility of Americans willingly diluting Federal sovereignty in ways that risk accommodating the PRC’s influence. Thank you, again Tony. I like the idea of a Q&A, and if the timing works out I will definitely be there. If not, I will try and email you some questions for your consideration. In the meantime, be well.
