I've tried to get him across various stages of quadruplet pregnancy, although Ideogram AI can get quite fiddly if you specify a particular week of pregnancy with multiples. After a certain stage of pregnancy, the AI model just seems to treat it all as a massive blob, so the bellies become comically massive.
