Important! An update on the MyMiniFactory library.

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in this previous post, we are experiencing a delay in delivering the files for the Monthly Releases through the MyMiniFactory Shared Library (MMF). To summarize, these issues stem from some changes in Patreon's features that make it difficult for me to access the contact information necessary to get the files to you. I have been in contact with Patreon support and although there is still no definitive solution and we cannot return to the previous method, we have made some progress.

Right now, all those patrons eligible to receive the October files should have received the usual redemption email for the files, both the Monthly Release and the Halloween Special Release.

This first redeem email is a test to try to fix the current situation, and get the Shared Library up to date. If you do not receive said email and believe that you should have, please contact me so I can investigate the problem. Please, remember to check your Spam Folder!

The next step will have to wait until December 31st, when data on active members from December will be ready and I, in principle, have access to that data. Then, you should have the December redeem email available in the first days of January. However, my recommendation is always to make sure you download the files directly from the current release post!

With this, the only thing that should be left pending will be the November files. I'll wait to have feedback and testing on the rest of the files before processing these, but if all goes well you should have them ready shortly after the December files, also in the first days of January.

I hope this clarifies the situation a bit for the moment and I would like to apologize once again for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Everything will be fixed and your minis will be available again very soon!
