Important information about files on MyMiniFactory

Hi everyone.

Many of you may have noticed that the files for October, November, and the Halloween special have not yet been shared to your MyMiniFactory libraries.

This is due to a change in Patreon functionality, following its newer changes to the site, and I am trying to find a solution to get the files to you as soon as possible.

In short: Until now Patreon allowed me as a Creator to access information about who had been an active Member during a given period, and therefore whether you were eligible for the reward available in that period. Using that information I could then send you the redemption emails to the email you provide on Patreon. At the moment that information is no longer clearly accessible, meaning I cannot reliably send the files to those who are entitled to them.

As I said, I am in contact with Patreon support to find a fix or workaround for this, either by the usual method or by finding a new one. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee a specific time frame for having this issue resolved, but as soon as it happens I will notify it and you will have your files uploaded.

If for any reason you urgently need the files for the mentioned months, you can write me a private message and I will share them "manually". Please, do this responsibly as it will be a very time consuming process for me as I will have to check all individual information before doing so.

Until this is resolved I must ask you to make sure you download the files from the current Monthly Release Post itself as soon as possible. Remember that the files are always available for download at the end of the post, for the entire duration of the corresponding month.
