There is not much more to add! I am already looking forward to seeing the results! Below is a compilation of all the submitted ideas.

Mettogull, Goliath Barbarian

Description: A large Goliath Barbarian holding his big battle axe in 2 hands. He stands there ready to rage and crush into his enemies. He is wearing some light furs so it looks like a winter outfit, especially with those heavy boots. He has some pouches around his belt. And some bone-plates on his shoulders. He wares a cape and on the upper body you can see a lot of his grey skin.

Base: a winter wolf as pet on his base would be cool

Quennel (Quen for short), Garden Squire

Description: A boy who's been transformed into a small humanoid rabbit. He carries a sturdy trowel that he uses to exploit weaknesses in his foes' armor, a pouch that holds seeds, and an enchanted watering can that is able to force all potential growth from a seed in a matter of seconds. The top half of his head is covered by a helmet, he wears a chainmail shirt under a short; belted, tunic bearing an emblem of a carrot (yet still allowing room for his tail), his legs and feet are covered in armor, but his hands/paws are free.

Base: It would be cool to have him standing in a small vegetable patch, or near one of his seeds that's sprouting into a big stalk.

Alendal, The StormBlade

Description: A male elven Warrior that mixes lightning magic and sword play. He is posed in an action stance holding his blade low and across his body so that his other hand can play arcs of electricity along the top of his Blade, he wears light but intricate Armor of his order, its has lighting Arc built into it’s imagery but none of the ⚡️images. He doesn’t wear a helmet but has a circlet with jagged light arc type of design. He looks angry and has a cold stare but not raging.

Mushroombo, The ultimate warrior of the forest. One man forest army.

Description: A forest mushroom with a more human appearance and super-vitaminized. What is the image of rambo on a mushroom hahaha with his red headband before starting his big "helmet"-mushroom. Medieval/fantasy style, no guns. No armor, abs carved on his trunk, with a sword in his right hand and casting some kind of spell with his left (wood elf style being able to use sword and magic).

If you can add a companion in some way, a small fairy (like a small butterfly) or a frog/chameleon on the left shoulder would be brutal..

Base : Place it on top of a small log or something like a forest related

El Serpiente / John, Judge punisher

1. El Serpiente (The main character. All register of his past life have been deleted. His boss call him John but everyone else call him El serpiente)

The character has clear cyberpunk and militarized elements.

Appearance: He has an intimidating, futuristic look. His hair is gray and short, giving him the appearance of a seasoned veteran. His face seems scarred , indicating that he have suffered past injuries , he has a cybernetic implant to replace a missing eye,

Armor: He wears highly advanced black armor with red details. The leg and torso protectors look modular, possibly designed to endure intense combat. There is a large "Police" logo on his chest, suggesting he either works for law enforcement or has a justice-related background.

Arms and Legs: His left arm is fully robotic, equipped with advanced technology. His legs also appear to have cybernetic modifications, reinforcing the idea that he's been enhanced.

Accessories: He carries a belt with tools , ammunition and other gadgets, emphasizing his combat-oriented role.

Style: His style combines military aesthetics with advanced technology, typical of a character from a dystopian future.

2. Wick (the dog): Appearance: A cyborg dog with a robotic heavy structure. It resembles a Big great dane. With red cibernetic eyes. His whole body is reinforced with a thick metal armor that suggest it’s a combat companion enhanced with advanced technology.

Modifications: his brain and some organs are from a real great Dane , but the 90% of his body has been replaced by cibernetic implants, due to fatal damage received in one of his missions with Serpiente, where they were betrayed and got into a trap. This robotic body make him an almost indestructible tank with advanced sensors like night/termal vision. There is a hidden compartment in his upper body /back , when opened, what appears to be a mounted rail gun is placed on its back, making it a formidable offensive ally. ( Think on him in a machine similar to robocop in the sense of using what remains of a real being to build a cyborg instead of just building a robot )

Dakuwaqa/The Wanderer. The Sharkman gladiator

Description: A very muscular sharkman of the subrace of the Great White sharks, he has a fin on its back and two smaller ones at the elbows. Its tail is long and muscular, allowing him to swim at great speed.. He wears a gladiator armor consisting of a leather pauldron, leather bracelets with chains hanging from them, fur-lined underpants with a leather and steel belt, and leather shoes with metal greaves. His weapon is a shark-toothed greatsword (a typical weapon of his people). He finds himself crouched ready to attack, using his sword as support to give himself even more momentum.

Phineas von Aranea. Baron

Description: a aristocratic looking mature moustached gentleman in the steam punk style with top hat and thick goggles on the hat. He has mechanical spider legs that he controls with a joystick that one hand is holding and a cane in the other hand that has a gear or Chrystal/ruby on top of it. He has a back pack steam engine that powers his spider legs that has brass vents etc.

Modest Bunny, "No way No how"

Ulgrim the Sorrowing Hermit, The Dragon Warlock

Description: Ulgrim is a sorrowful dwarf warlock who has bound himself to a powerful, ancient dragon deity. His leather armor is simple but durable, with scaled shoulder pads as a tribute to his draconic patron. Runes glow faintly along the belt at his waist, tied to his arcane powers. A hooded cloak shrouds his face in mystery, and his arm bracers and mountain-forged boots provide him with the protection needed for treacherous paths. His summoned warhammer, forged as a pact weapon, bears the engravings of a dragon head, symbolizing the elemental might of his dragon benefactor. Ulgrim stands burdened by the weight of his pact, yet ready to call upon his dark powers. His has a vertical line scar on one of his eyes, almos making his eye look reptilian. A long beard, which splits into three at the end and long hair tied in a half ponytail.

Base: Either just normal or if it can be more scenic it could feature jagged, rocky terrain with some cracks in the stone and mystical runes are scattered around his feet, reinforcing his connection to the dragon deity.

Anna, Steampunk Gunwoman

Description: A woman in the steampunk style, with the classic corset, skirt, and clothes with lots of details. It would be interesting if one of her arms was mechanical. Of course, she couldn't miss a top hat with gear details, and the guns, which could be in her hands or at her waist, whichever suits her best. If possible, I would ask you to add a cat as a pet, with some small detail that would make it steampunk-style, like a hat, a mechanical paw, or a necklace with a clock, or anything else. Base: It could have some gears, but I wouldn't mind it being a simple base since the mini will already have lots of details. Even if this mini isn't one of the chosen ones, I hope you think of it as an idea for future themes. I would love a month just with steampunk, not just characters, but objects too.

Agrax, Barbarian by day, Miniature painter by night.

Description: Agrax is a large, muscular human. Typical old-school barbarian. With long hair, a horned helmet, a large sword on his belt and bare torso.

In one hand he holds a typical miniature from any wargame and in the other hand he holds a brush with which he is painting the miniature.

The expression on his face is one of maximum concentration on painting the miniature in detail, with one eye closed and his tongue sticking out of the side of his mouth. He has tiny glasses with which he looks over them at the miniature. He also has an apron that is stained with paint.

He is sitting on a tiny stool, to give an idea of how big Agrax is.

William, The Strict

Description: He wears a tunic or cassock almost down to his feet with some decoration or accessory of your choice, but without belt! It is important that he hasn’t got beard so that the clothes can be appreciated. He is middle aged. A cross in a hand and a book on the other hand.

It could be great to have hands interchangeables to be able to put a book on it, or a mallet or a cross, or a gun... That way it would fit well in medieval theme, in Cthulhu myths, in the school of magic, or in a urban game and could represent diferent roles than are not represented.

The general pose could be presenting the cross to scare a terrifiyng creature that it could be in front of him.

Keifrig, Fire Fairy

Description: A female fire fairy with pointed ears and messy hair styled in two fiery pigtails. Her clothing is reminiscent of a caveman’s, as if made from animal skins, slightly torn from use. One of her legs shows a vine wrapped around it. She has a long tail that ends in a furry tuft like a lion's, and her wings resemble those of a bat. Resting on her shoulder is a small, shy bat, hiding its face behind its large wings. Keifrig stands with one foot slightly ahead of the other, eyes closed, with a calm expression. Her arms are brought together near her chest, holding a small flame between her hands, and her wings are spread open. She wears simple hoop earrings, two in one ear and one in the other.

Pho, Brewmaster Pho Long

Description: Brewmaster Pho Long is human sized, chubby and bearded Panda Bear, standing upright. His clothing consists mostly of leather armor and bamboo "plate" parts. He's also wearing a big straw hat and cloak with asian ornamets to protect him from weather. Being an martials arts expert he's carrying a two handed staff for self defense and also some bottles of his alchemistic potions for recovering his health.

Base: Asian Ornaments

Mirane, The Bloody

Description: Mirane is a beardless female dwarf paladin (only in the twisted mind of Peter Jackson do females dwarves have beards). Mirane threw herself headlong into the roads of adventure because she got tired of waiting for Vladar, her warrior tank husband (my main character in WoW but there is already a dwarf tank). She took her 2 handed hammer to go and take back light and justice in the dark lands invaded by monsters.she has her hair done in the dwarf style, that is to say a braid of hair that surrounds her head and falls down her back.

Gnoll, The Gnoll

Description: A gnoll made in the style of previous warbands from StoneKing. Tall and lanky, aggressive but still maintaining the style. Basic fur or leather armor. Primitive weapons, swords, spears or bows.

Base: I usually prefer the standard dungeon bases, but woodlands might work well too.

Gazz the Pink, Female goblin bard

Description: Gazz is a goblin in the familiar Stoneking style, she has a long mohawk flopped over to the right; her right ear is poking through the flopped-over mohawk, her left ear has a notch taken out of it. On her neck she wears a choker with a buckle in front. She is dressed like a barmaid with a blousy off-the-shoulder top, corset with buckles in the back, and long billowy skirt; the skirt is patched and mended in several places. Gazz wears cuffed fingerless gloves on her hands and scuffed Converse-style sneakers on her feet.

Gazz carries a battered lute and she is posed in a wide-legged stance, mouth open in a yell, as if she has just strummed a power chord. She uses a coin as a guitar pick. Perhaps her hair and clothing can be fluttering back as if she has just cast a spell such as Thunderwave.

Base: Gazz stands atop the weathered beaten planks of a barroom floor. At her feet, peeking out from her skirt, is a rat with a bandaged tail. It's name is "Rabies."

Bearbarian, The barbarian who channels a bear spirit.

Description: The character would be either a human or an orc. Standing in a dynamic pose, showcasing a powerful physique with pronounced biceps, broad shoulders, and a defined chest.

In one hand, a hammaxe, combining the head of a hammer and axe. The weapon oversized slightly, perhaps a spiked blade on the axe edge to give a serrated look. In the other hand, the model features a metal gauntlet with pointed fingertips, sculpted to resemble a bear claw.

The left shoulder is adorned with a large pauldron crafted from the head of a bear, featuring intricate details such as sharp teeth and deep-set eyes

The upper body is covered in plate armor, which has a slightly weathered appearance, with scratches and dents. The armor sculpted to highlight the musculature underneath.

At the waist, metal and fur-lined faulds. The fur should be textured, contrasting with the smooth metal of the armor.

The greaves are designed to resemble bear paws, textured to look as though they're from a bear as well.

The hair is wild and tousled, falling around his face in a chaotic manner. The facial features should reflect strength, with a strong jawline and intense eyes. If male, a thick beard should be sculpted to add to the barbarian aesthetic; if female, the beard would be absent, showcasing a fierce expression instead

Base : A base isn't necessary but perhaps a pointed rock to act like a plinth.
