August Monthly Release - Giants!

A new release is here and this time we're going big! So far we've had heroes and monsters of all sizes, but few comparable to the ones in this set. This month we're getting Giants!
The set is made up of 6 "miniatures" of these beings based on the races described in the Dungeons and Dragons manuals. But that doesn't mean they're only useful for that system! We've got Cloud, Storm, Stone, Fire, Ice and Hill giants!
There's little else I can say on the subject, but a clarification on the size of the figures is in order. The enemies are supposed to be of enormous size according to the context of the games. Obviously I haven't followed that size ratio with respect to a supposed human, but the models are indeed larger than usual. You can see a comparison with a normal model below.
With the default size, each model should occupy a standard 2x2 square grid, and you can use the base named as "RND_Big_Basic" for any of them. However, you also should be able to print them at twice the default size without affecting the look of the detailing of the model. And if you wish to hollow out the figure (which I recommend for resin prints) I have left plain areas under the skirts of the models.

2024-08-07 16:09:33 +0000 UTCIn the case, for example, of the Ice giant, it is really similiar to a dwarft in appareance, but if you scale it down and compare them, you can see that the proportions doesnt really match.

2024-08-07 16:08:15 +0000 UTCI can see what you say, but I also can assure that I never recycle models! What I do is to start working from a base head and mannequin that I have previously model, so things are faster than starting always from a base sphere.
