I have to say this is one of my new favorites! She looks absolutely incredible! Like Matt mentioned I really like this pose, it provides such a great view of her body. She has such a lovely smile and sexy figure. The background and lighting is astonishing, outstanding work Poppy! <3 ^_^

It looks finished and awesome to me but if I know you, you're itching to add more details to the picture right? :-P Why not try alternative versions with different accessories? (Collar, body-paint, tattoo, pubic hair, stockings, gloves)
