October 2023 Trapper Tier Poll

Hello Fellow Trappers!

As per the announcement with our new roadmap we are trying to plan out our sets earlier in advance to give us more time to work on them. This month is Doggos and Dragons, Next month is Masters of The Elements, and August will be Gods of the Lost Continent, With September being Dragonology 101. So that being said this poll will be for the October set. This time we will be throwing in a temporary Halloween themed set option like last year for October. If it wins the polls none of the other options will rotate like normal. Leave your vote below!

1. Trappers Trappers Lodge

The Dragons and monsters of the world have gotten sick of the Dragon Trappers Lodge and some have decided to do something about it. This would be a set of adventurers from the perspective of the monsters. A makeshift organization of evildoers who have formed their own adventuring parties. Essentially we want to make player characters out of monsters. Unique storied individuals that just want to do bad freely. Think of a baddie and he can be in this set. Dragon masterminds, aberations, undeads, all traveling together like pals taking out anyone in their way. Perhaps some "good guys" as the villains for this set. Essentially a classic DTL release from the perspective of the villains. This is the fist time this option is in the polls so if it loses it will still have 2 more chances unless the halloween set wins then it will have 3.

2. Yeti Mountain

The frigid wilderness separating Stoica and Okinja is a treacherous range of endless mountains, constantly pounded by unceasing snow storms. Yet despite the dangerous terrain and horrible weather the main reason they are not passed are the inhabitants of the peaks themselves. The Yetis. This set would focus on Yeti Mountain and feature its hulking tusked inhabitants with shaggy white hair and primitive societies the yeti are the true guardians of the mountains. Mammoths, The Great Wooly Dragon, and all sorts of wild creatures call this unforgiving landscape home. This is the third time this theme has been in the polls so this is its last chance to win unless the halloween set wins then it will have 1 more chance.

3. The Scrapslap Tribes

The goblinoids of The Scrapslap Tribes are the living embodiment of the saying "one mans trash is another mans treasure." Living in the refuse and debris left behind by those who deemed it nothing more than trash, the Scrapslap tribes have found a way to use their ingenuity to find new use for it. Many of the goblins in the lodge of the wasted, came from the Scrapslap tribes and are the reason for their mechanical marvels. This set would feature goblins and ogres with a focus on ramshackle thrown together inventions of the tribes. Clockwork creations made from fantasy trash piles. This set will be wild and chaotic featuring the tribe themselves along with the predators that prey on them. This is the second time this theme has been in the polls so if it loses it will still have 1 more chance to win unless the halloween set wins then it will have 2 more chances.

4. The Caverns of Aberrant Horrors

This set would focus on the underground realms of our favorite brain eating octopus people. Rather than just create monster manual creatures we want to take iconic monsters like Mind flayers, Aboleths, umber hulks and more and explore what else lies amongst their ranks. We want to do our take on these classic creatures and create new creatures one might find amongst the dark dank underground world they call home. This is the second time this theme has been in the polls so if it loses it will still have 1 more chance to win unless the halloween set wins then it will have 2 more chances.

5. Halloween Weird World 2

We here at The Lodge love Halloween and it seems like you all do as well as they are some of our most popular sets. We're back with set 2 and are excited to explore more pulp halloween inspirations. This set will be fun, dark twisted, whimsical and most of all spooky. If you like our previous halloween releases you can expect more of that. Perhaps we go with a creepy carnival this time or maybe a haunted castle. Either way inspirations from Beetlejuice, Nightmare before Christmas and more will fuel the flavor of it. This is a temporary option in the polls so if it does not win it will not return next month. If it does win none of the other options will cycle so you don't have to worry about missing a set.
