Pumpkin, chocolate chip, and banana nut pancakes are very popular where I'm at. Also, a smiley face pancake with egg/ blueberry eyes and bacon/strawberry mouth for kids would be amazing. I love the idea of gourmet pancakes. Thank you!

Cinnamon and Chocolate, Coconut and chocolate; and non-sweet ones with herbs, cheese, ham ... There is a version of pancakes called Galette from Bretagne, France. They are made from buckwheat and come with all things non-sweet. A nice variant. Thanks for the work
