Gotta love the judge "urging" the jury to make a decision meaning for the sake of the jurors wasting days arguing people had to concede to a verdict they didn't believe in and thus sentencing a very possibly innocent woman

2023-09-11 02:29:49 +0000 UTCFirstly, the burden of proof is not on the defendant, the defense has no duty to prove innocence and the state knows that. Secondly, that hair should be tested because it may be a chance to get a new trial. Thirdly, I started out numbering so I felt silly and had to make a thirdly- I’ve been busy and have missed your last few videos but I’m gonna be watching/listening to your awesome voice and your thoughtful commentary until I’m all caught up! Another great one that hasn’t been done over and over again, your talent is truly unmatched!
