I think I may have done a rundown at some point but it's not super exciting. Just an old presonus firestudio running into protools. I haven't played live for ages but my guitar rig would be the same as I use now. You can't play live with others over the Internet as like you said there are latency issues. If you did you'd need to either play something where time didn't matter, like a droning free time thing. Or have a jam track that you took turns soloing over or something. If it looks like they are playing live together it's been prerecorded.

Recording - what is your set up? Recording gear vs live gear? Software? Headphones? I’ve also been curious how folks can play live from different places on the internet without synch issues….

Left handed players do this all the time. Perhaps this will allow you to channel your inner Hendrix

Here's another idea; kind of a shitpost idea, but might be funny. Either reverse the order of your strings, or play a guitar left handed. I think it is very instructive when I've done this myself (on bass). Although I've accumulated some music theory, it shows how much of ability is due to muscle memory, as playing left handed it is almost like the first time I picked up a bass.

Cover a song for apsolute beginners in learnig guitar. Like Bob Dylan ' s Knocking on heavens door. Or something like that, with 3 or 4 basic open chords.

Is the title "Adam Neely Absolutely Roasts My Bass Skills"? I feel like I should be a better bassist than I am considering how much I do it, but I do like this idea or something similar.

I'd like you to (1) take a backing track (that you didn't create) that has no bass, (2) create and record a bassline for it, (3) have a bassist critique it (Adam Neely?), and (4) do a 2nd pass after getting that feedback.
