PERENNIAL PUBLIC PLANTS
Added 2020-09-21 19:04:47 +0000 UTCThis mod makes plants that are public blossom all year long, regardless of season. This includes off-lot garden plants and festival plants. This will not affect plants inside a lot.
The mod is a very simple ts4script file and it should be compatible with any new plants that are added to the game in the future.
