Just wanted to say how I kind of interpreted the end of the game with the whole choice. Now I chose to kill him, and my reasoning was very different to the other peoples who chose to kill him. For me I saw Jin was gradually loosing the Samaria honour and seeing there was a better way throughout the game. And then at the end he finally let it go. And the way he let it all go was honouring his uncles last request by killing him. After that moment I saw that Jin said goodbye to the Samaria way and became the ghost for good. But I definitely see and understand why you chose the other choice.
