Two notes: How we screw you over is by covering ambulance costs up to a certain distance/amount, and then close every smaller hospital for "cost savings". Also, there are 'secret' insurers for groups like farmers which provide a significantly cheaper insurance, but of course only for the farmers. Switzerland is a communist utopia state, just for a very select group of people. And no, you are not one of them.
