I think men and women deal with emotions in different ways. Both are correct. You have to find what works best for you.

2024-07-02 06:12:36 +0000 UTCactually, i feel like listening to sad music does help whenever you are feeling sad, i've never felt better trying to force myself to be happy focusing on happier things, i think when you are sad its better to acknowledge and let yourself feel the human emotions you are feeling. Sadness is normal, loneliness is normal and trying to force yourself to be happy or focus on something else is like suppressing that when you should be facing it, its like mental alcoholism. I allow myself to feel sad when i am sad, and i cry when i need to cry... once i let it out i feel much better :)
