Tomorrow I will FLOOD the Discord with a bunch of videos of body type studies, but one thing, I recommend you study multiple body types, even one that you don't find pleasing.
Body types are something that can be a really quick way to understand and even tell the story/ personality of a character
I recommend studying with simple shapes to get the most raw idea and vobe of a bodytype.
