New tiers WIP

Sorry to keep you all waiting. As mentioned I will be changing my tiers and simplifying things somewhat.

My experiment into offering a commission tier each month did not go well for me on my end so I will be leaving that until such a time as I actually become better ad the production side of my work.
Below is the wip of how the tiers will be, so please let me know what you think.

$1+ = Thank you level mostly. Will still include the sharing fanart thing for now but it's never come up and not sure it has much purpose.
$3+ = WIP access ( I may try to push myself to start posting them here instead of just the wip archives) and also vote on which ones you'd like to see finished the most.
$5+ = Early release pictures and archives.
$15+ = Request assets such as brushes I use or tutorials on techniques. Unsure about this but let me know if this is something you guys like.
$30+ = Up to £20 off commissions.

Any comments on that? It's very hard writing these XD So any thoughts on stuff is very helpful.

I should note that I will change the prices again once I get access to list the prices in £ instead of $. It's very confusing having the tiers in dollars when I use a different currency for my commissions.
