Okay I would like to start by saying I DID say it was a fever dream, I've watched this a few times now and I'm still only 40% sure I have a grasp on the "plot", but I'm absolutely entranced by the world and effort into making the sets. I also swear none of my other recommendations are near this level of disturbed or gross π. I needed someone to see the fever dream cause I feel like I'm going insane watching it. My best guess for it all, is that the "up worlders" were sending down those guys to try and blow up the whole world, but they kept failing (I'm going off of all the scattered suitcases in the world) until the end. Something about what Plague Doctor did "reset" things so that last bomb fixed itself and went off. And no I have no more understanding other than that. I honestly want to talk to Phil and see what his thought process was. Also your face was the exact same as mine the first time I watched it π€£, and yes Twig or Twiggy is perfectly fine with me.
