Maybe gamo convinces him to draw himself as a himbo with a lot of experience (somehow) and at first she thinks she will still be in control but once he gets going she becomes his own plaything.

With Nagatoro her body was smaller and she has a more romantic connection with senpai so that made up for his lack of skill but with gamo she can take the size and while it can feel good there isn't much to him other then size.
