Alright, this one's more of a round of elimination, I think. First off, drop Twilight because never been into the step-anything stuff in all of its forms (though Step-Bro I'm stuck will always be a banger meme), and nail doesn't really fit either RD or Applejack. As an athlete on the former and a farmhand on the latter, even if their aesthetics do include longer nails, it shouldn't be a focus of their design. Which leaves Pinkie and Flutters as our last two options. Flutters stepping in to take care of an issue someone else is having just fits her character too much, so it helps maintain the feel of it.
