Upload Notes: Lusamine's Pet Project 2

I wonder if anyone expected a sequel to this one...? Well I was very happy to create one! Lusamine is a fantastic character to make giant, especially so at such a wild size. 500 kilometers! Fucking epic. Big props to the patron for deciding to commission this~ I really appreciate it! This was also my first take on a proper express commission, so I'm glad it turned out so well~ A little over 3k words, and I got all the major scenes I wanted.

500 kilometers is a huge size~ In fact, none of my writing before this has ever gotten so big, nothing I've published here anyway. That's a lot of meat to work with! A lot of flesh and skin, so many bones under there too. All moving around, really bigly. I definitely had some trouble here and there capturing the right sense of scale... One blessing with writing, though, is that compared to art, consistency isn't so big of a deal. I don't have to worry about her looking too big or too small from panel to panel, hah~ In that regard, I actually think written size content has the upper hand over visual arts!

There's so much to do at this size, haha, I really had to narrow it down to just a few basic ideas. Giga art in the past has left a lot of impressions on me actually, so I ended up picking a few scenes that are close to arts I enjoy~ I think the most clear example would be the kiss scene, which I lifted a lot from Ochiko's art piece from a few years ago. That moment when Lusamine looks at her foot from behind, that was inspired by an art piece by... let me go find 'em... Exrumya! A really good piece where a similar-looking blonde anime girl is looking back at her foot. Such a good angle~ I hope I captured the essence of these interactions well in my story!

Ah, and the classic Cursey ending, where the giant in question walks away with something or someone. In fact, the original Pet Project ended this way, too. That's just my favorite kind of ending, huh? It's a fun feeling...
