Basically the idea is that zombie are unchanging. So while the zombie girls won't suffer from aging, they won't grow anymore than their original bimbo stage.
However the idea here is that idols lift others up with their performance. So while the zombie idols don't change, their fans do, with every show.

It'd be interesting if in a hypothetical story it focused on a group of fans slowly changing rather than the girls. You'd also have to age up some of the Main girls like Lilly
