Added 2018-06-27 21:12:08 +0000 UTC Was thinking Sci-Twi could conclude that once the magic has changed someone there's no changing back, as their molecules have been reconstructed and set. However she CAN detect with her device a lot of excess magic lingering in bimbos strutting around, so perhaps she can use that device to absorb that excess magic, thus preventing it from spreading (And will leave the targeted bimbo energy-less for a little while, but nothing a nap can't fix).
So yeah, would say Sci-Twi hasn't found a reverse cure, BUT a way to prevent it from possible world domination.
Would it work on absorbing the whole book? Maybe. Am thinking the book isn't gonna risk it and play ''dead'' kinda, shutting down its own magic if Twilight tries to absorb it's magic.
There's also chance of failure. Like someone said on patreon, her inventions could be prone to malfunctions or leaks since she has to use scrap parts. So she might still need to do some digging to her device.
The question is certainly how far can she get with this, and is one device enough to capture all the excess magic travelling exponentially?

that could also play out! Who knows, maybe Twi's new Bi-Sexualism makes her want to expand herself a little bit in the long run. All it takes is just open the device just a little while there's no other magic present.

But when she tries to absorb all the magic of the book ... 2 things can happen: 1. - The device will fail, explode and release all the magic to expand everywhere. 2.-The device will absorb all the magic of the book and Sci-Twi will try to study it, however the magic will remain active and start affecting slowly Sci-Twi and begins to become Bimbo, but the transformation will be slow and Sci-Twi will think that to understand the magic must absorb more and goes to Canterlot High to absorb the magic of the Bimbos 2.0 and 2.5.
