Announcements! Mini Comic Hiatus & Captain Calamari’s Poll Results

Now that the fires have been put out and April fools is over, we've got a couple of announcements for you! 

First off, we wanted to let you know that the mini comic will be going on a hiatus for the time being since we’ve had too much work to do pertaining to the game itself. We’re not sure if we’ll resume it again for Project Cappuccino but we may bring it back at some point with new characters from our next game.

That’s not all though! This month, Doku will be putting together some artwork of the character that you guys voted on during Captain Calamari’s take over. Here’s the poll results!

Ear Type

Tall and pointy came out on top with fuzzy being a close second.

Hair Style

The side pony tail wins, though we can’t say that the asymmetrical bob cut didn’t give it a run for it’s money. We’ll try to not stick to the trope of every character in every anime being a mom that ends up dying. But not promises.

Hair Color

Not surprised on this one. You guys really like redheads it seems!

Body Type

The body type was closely contested throughout the whole time. In the end, the slim type is what’s going to be used.

Breast Size

Not too big and not too small. Will probably fit perfectly in a hand.

Tail Type

She’s going to have a round tail to play with!

Personality

Here’s where it gets interesting. Playful won by a long shot and we’re going to see how we can interpret that to fit her design best.

Skin Tone

#2 it is with a huge lead! We may include a whole race of cat girls/animal girls if the first design is good enough, so rest assured that there will be variety!

Extra Features

Freckles and a Tattoo were side by side for most of the poll time. We’ll likely implement both of those in one way or another.

We can't wait to see how she comes out!
