Project Cappuccino - Change Log v1.10.0
Added 2018-10-01 12:51:14 +0000 UTCOctober is here and so is our release of v1.10.0! We'll be posting the new build shortly. In the mean time, here is what's been changed since the last one.
- Options Menu/Credits Menu/Text History Menu have been revamped:
- These menus now reflect the updated GUI theme.
- Character portraits have been added to each menu.
- Removed separate sound and data menus and incorporated them all into one.
- All data can now be deleted from the options while in the Main Menu. No longer requires opening appdata folder.
- Version info is now displayed on the bottom left corner of the Main Menu.
- System buttons on bottom right of screen have been reduced in size. Now includes character standing button.
- Primary Save File can now be changed in the middle of game play:
- Options menu now has a subsection that lets you toggle between file slots so that players can save at different story branches without having to quit and start over. These slots only display file name, game day and currency at the moment. May add additional details to them in a future patch.
- Added Character Standings Menu:
- This menu can be accessed from the top right corner during story mode and should make it a little easier to see how you’re doing with a particular character.
- Hearts underneath the character portraits indicate how much they like you.
- Each half heart is 5 points with a maximum/minimum of +50 or -50.
- Status text underneath character portraits changes according to the heart value.
- Critical story points will add or subtract more points than minor dialogue exchanges.
- Cerise WILL remain unlocked after your first play through and the build loops. At the moment, it’s possible to farm standing points and max them all out while the game is in development.
- Standing points in this menu are updated at the end of each in game day to prevent save/load abuse.
- We’ll likely be adding a changing portrait function so that character’s expressions and outfits match what’s happening in game. Having Colette detest you would load the angry expression instead.
- Room Encounters now grant an increase in standing:
- Each orgasm counts for one (1) standing point, up to a maximum of 5 per encounter.
- File Select Menu Optimized:
- Text elements have been changed to be a little more lightweight.
- Now displays Cerise and Mira icons when they have been unlocked.
- Back button updated.
- New CGs and Background Added:
- Berry Springs Train Station
- Sophie Undressing Peek
- Cerise Thigh Touch (With all gender and skin tone variants)
- Sophie Teasing (Also expanded dialogue during this scene.)
- Day 13 Story Content Added:
- Returning from Berry Springs with Sophie or Colette will now continue their routes. Artwork for this segment is still missing but the dialogue is all in place.
- Colette’s encounter dialogue in Cerise’s guest room has been partially rewritten. Changed the part where she was too dense to catch on to your advances since it didn’t match her character. (Was a bit sleep deprived when writing that part originally.)
- Back end Code for Cerise Room 1 and Mira Room 2 Added:
- While this may not be visible in game yet, the stage has been set to just plug in these characters when Doku is able to complete their sprite artwork. We’re aiming to have them added early in October.
- Earned Love Token’s Reduced:
- Only one token can be earned per climax now. Adjusted this according to user feedback that tokens were too easy to earn and all gallery images could be unlocked without much effort.
- Added Macchiato Patron Dialogue Request:
- There is now a chance that Sophie and Mira will show up during a work day and have a chat about adding potato based dishes to the cafe menu.
- Sophie’s Undressing CG’s have been re-added:
- These were originally removed when the undressing system was introduced. They’re back by popular demand and it does make more sense to keep them there during the first encounter with Sophie.
- Subsequent encounters with Sophie will not have the same auto sequence and will instead have the new undressing system.
- Train Scenes now have character expressions:
- Sophie and Colette’s faces will change according to what they’re saying on the train ride to Berry Springs.
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed Work Assignment Bug: Work confirmation and assignment buttons could be clicked twice if the player was fast enough which led to some BGM issues and caused some dialogue prompts to disappear.
- Fixed Sophie Mute Bug: Muting the game wouldn’t stop Sophie from moaning in Room 2. Only happened with certain toys.
- Fixed Room 1 Mira Arousal Bug: Some toys were not properly raising her arousal.
- Fixed Mira Request Bubble Bug: Request bubbles would not disappear when using the proper toy.
- Fixed Room 1 Sophie Bug: Ball gag would disappear when using the egg vibrator on certain spots.
