Apartment situation (mostly) resolved, working on stories again

The situation is still not fully resolved, as there's still some repair that needs to be done, but nobody needs to enter my apartment for it. Also, my insurance company refuses to pay out, despite it not being my fault, and the roofing company that CAUSED the damage is ignoring my landlords' calls about the damage to my property, so... Yeah.
But I can write again, so I'm working on the next part of the story now.
