Police Interrogations - 2

Comments

JESUS, Dallas interrogator.

Ingeborg Anne Rakvåg

Absolutely, I feel so bad for this woman. His behavior is appalling. I can barely listen to his bs harrassment of her. This detective should be punished severely-not just demoted to a desk job smfh

megan

The detective in the second clip makes me sick.

megan

i swear, cops just have zero regard for all the lives they ruin on a near-daily basis. the fact that these individuals are nigh-untouchable to be held accountable for their action is genuinely stomach-churning. how detective in clip #2 sleeps at night is beyond me.

The irony of the last case is, that HIV isn't a death sentence anymore. The fact that he had sex with her AFTER knowing, that she had HIV makes tells me that he's a dumbass! Use a condom for fu**s sake and stop having sex with others when you have a wife at home.

kiu (aka kirstine)

During the trial, Dunn's attorney admitted he had not tested positive for the virus.

Part of me doesn't really know whether to consider Michelle as innocent or guilty. I mean, the crying after being charged could be something innocent suspects do, but at the same time, I feel like innocent suspects would instead confront the detective rather than just cower and break down.

The Dallas detective should be fired for just screaming at people. He’s got to be the worst interrogator ever. The confrontation and arrogance is sick. He is a complete ass. Can you imagine being related to him and getting on his bad side.

"You are just a female!"....really?!?!

The second case's detective has the worst approach. I feel so bad for her.

Kay

!!p

Pp?

😆😶

Why would he get jail time for words

That is so FUCKING aggravating, this complete fucking piece of shit ruined that woman's life, her husband just fucking killed himself and this random guy with absolutely no justification commits CRIMES to put her in JAIL for something she didn't do, and then HE doesn't get jail time?! Evil has long been within the 'justice' system.

james

i knew he looked familiar

LucyFrenchfry

i was dying to know if Larry was sick or not!

LucyFrenchfry

the Dallas Cop has been on first 48 before. Dude is totally worthless

That Dallas cop said he still believes she shot her boyfriend. What an ass.

being a dick isnt what hes worried about, its about putting her in a certain position to make her do something stupid. Probably the worst person to do it though

"comes across as a moron" ?

Wow that second detective is insane. Complete hothead and comes across as a moron. I wonder if his go-to interrogation strategy is just bullying the suspect. I feel bad for his family.

The guy didn't get HIV. It's hard to get with vaginal sex anyhow.

Jose Ziggler

Obviously we can all agree that murdering someone is probably not the way to go, but if the last victim intentionally exposed the guy, his wife and his children to HIV she probably had it coming.

Feargal O'Reilly

well you gotta understand how un realstic it looked at first. towards the end he said “IF you have gunshot residue I will charge you with murder” key word IF

LMAO then he had the audacity to say “ why me” LMAOOO

I don't know if it's true, but a while ago i read an article from a psychologist (at least i think it was a psych) about the topic of suicide and how it's being handled in black communities. Mostly talked about how many of those communities are insanely devout christians and practically taboo depression and suicide and because of that can't fathom that people can lead a good life and still want to kill themselves. So in their worldview, that simply can't exist. Not sure how accurate that assessment is but the fact that this nutjob of a police officer obviously can't fathom the concept of "His life was good, he loved his fiance and still he shot himself." made me remember that article.

How on god's green earth did that 2nd dude make it to detective? How can one be so thick and still rise to a position of power? (I know it's the broken police of the US, just a rhetorical question.) First off, one can lead an absolutely beautiful and shiny life and still want to kill oneself. Secondly, how dare you being that disrespectful to a human being, no matter of witness, suspect or whatever. If you can't act like an adult, you don't belong in that kind of job, period. I'm thousands of miles away from america and still livid about this garbage person.

Second video... that cop needs some mental assessment. He's a dick, plain and simple.

Kyra Richter

This second detective clearly has no understanding or grasp of how suicidal thoughts work, it does not matter how "good" life seems on the outside or if you're in love, you can still want to end your life

The cop in the second video is such a hotheaded nutcase jesus christ.

>t. Bug Chaser

So much for innocent until proven guilty. What a piece of shit. I was wondering why she didn't immediately get a lawyer as soon as this dude accused her of murdering her fiance (though I ask myself that during every JCS video).

The Dallas investigator made me genuinely furious. The trauma dealt to this woman must be insurmountable. I could understand if they had irrefutable evidence against her and this had been going on for a while but to dump that on her, put her down and scream at her in a confined space because you don't personally buy the story she has is inexcusable. Why was he even so certain? And then to lie, when all real evidence is pointing to her innocence, and STILL keep your job. I'm livid. Military service, good intentions, I don't give a shit. He isn't capable of practicing ethically and shouldn't have a seat at any table in any police force if that's how he's going to conduct himself. Look at Chris Watts or Stephen McDaniels, plenty of room for a genuine outburst but neither team got anywhere near this level.

right?? HE should be the one in jail by now.

I cannot agree more. If i were her, i would he SUED his ass off.

Don't mix up having HIV with having Aids. Aids is the disease you can get from having the HI virus, but it is no automatic response of the body. Just like with COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 currently: SARS-CoV-2 (WHO calls it 2019-nCoV, which stands for novel CoronaVirus) is the virus that can give you COVID-19, aka COrona VIrus Disease 2019)

People with well treated HIV are not contagious

If I accidentally hand back the wrong change and short my drawer 20$ I'd get fired, let alone if I swore and screamed at people. Imagine costing your job 798,00$, traumatizing an innocent woman after her fiance commited suicide, lying about evidence to get her falsely accused and imprisoned for 9 days, then still collecting a paycheck and benefits?

i gotta skip through most of the dallas pd's interrogation that guy's being a huge asshole. imagine telling a traumatized lady 'your husband didnt need you'

seraf

Prisoner mate: "Why you here for?" Larry: "Killed someone for telling me they have HIV after having sex with me." Prisoner mate: "Damn. Must suck having to live with HIV now. I probably would have done the same if she gave me HIV" Larry: "Nah, I tested negative. So I really didn't have to kill her and spend 40 years here." Prisoner mate: .....

"To date, Dunn has not tested positive for HIV." womp womp

aids is like a superpower when you're in prison

dallas pd detective deserves to be fired for this, what a prick.

Seriously, how did the police officer dodge dismissal after screaming and swearing at a witness/potential suspect shortly after finding her fiancé's body, a witness who was willing to co-operate and hand over her clothes and give samples, who answered all questions to the best of her ability. How? Regardless of whether she was innocent or guilty, the officer did not have sufficient evidence at that point to scare the witness into a confession. Something jarring about watching a man be so aggressive with a woman who is clearly in shock, not to mention innocent too, and how he tried to shame her existence and relationship with "he didn't need you, he would be fine without you, why would he need you" etc.

Clodagh

Last dude is a dumbass, cheating on his wife & then going and having sex w/his side chic even after finding out she was HIV positive & then killing her. Epitome of a lowlife, scumbag.

Can't believe the fist gal didn't end up having to do any time, unreal. Glad the second cop is no longer handling criminal investigations - he was so rude, unprofessional, and just all around nasty, I had to scroll through most of that interrogation; and then to falsify an affidavit?!? Can't honestly believe they would even keep him on the force... there's definitely something wrong with that outcome.

That Dallas PD piece of human garbage is why I can't stand cops. Imagine yelling at a woman whose fiancee had just died like that. Hope his wife finds herself in the exact same situation.

PietroFabian

The second cop scared the crap out of me when he started yelling lol was not expecting that. On a serious note though I think he was acting highly unprofessional

Nichole Hutchison

I notice Canada really drills into them they can speak with a lawyer. Definitely not like that over here. Interesting.

It should have been considered as a massive mitigating factor really, in many jurisdictions giving someone HIV is considered attempted murder.

In no way am I justifying Larry's crime, but why didn't Cecily tell him she had HIV before allowing him to have sex with her? This could've avoided the whole situation completely since he'd look elsewhere for sex or come to terms with the fact of her disease

4/10000 = 1/2500

Oh, I hope this disgusting POS mother in the first one ends up getting the max sentence possible!!

Turns out Larry didn't have HIV in the end. In fact there's only a 4/10,000 chance of infection through vaginal sex. It shows that people are misinformed about HIV. If he'd just got tested Cecily wouldn't be dead and those kids would still have a dad.

Forget about clinical diagnoses and body language education - I could tell that women did not kill her fiance within 5 minutes. Maybe the police forces ought to hire people who are good at reading people to conduct interrogations instead of hiring unhinged war vets who clearly haven't an ounce of relative talent.

That cop caused her immeasurable trauma that has probably lived with her for years along side feeling responsible for his death. I hope that interrogator no longer works in law enforcement.

That Dwayne Thompson scene was a wild ride

When the cop went "YOU FUCKIN SHOT HIM" I nearly fell off my seat. Was not expecting that.

Cameron Graczyk

The least a cheating man can do is using a condom! She certainly didn't deserve to die and people that say it are sick in their minds.

kiu (aka kirstine)

I hope that Dwayne Thompson are emptying trash bins and licking stamps on his desk job in the Dallas Police Force!

kiu (aka kirstine)

WOW

I can't believe someone so goddamn inept at their job could still keep it. I don't care if he's "only" at a desk or not, he doesn't need to have any role in police work. I mean, if I were that I pet at my job, do you think my boss would be like, "well maybe I'll just send you to a different department?" Fuck. No. He'd boot my ass to the curb. Go be successful somewhere else. Should be the same for this jack wagon. His ineptitude, well intentioned or not, cost taxpayers half of a million dollars... but he still gets a pension. In what world is that right? How do you justify that? Bad cops can go find work elsewhere. Why is that so difficult? It's a goddamn farce.

benzondinanzenpinens

Shit was fucking funny as hell

Although I think that detective is a piece of shit. The affirmative action hire comment is racist as fuck and unnecessary. But David Duke rejects don't care SMH.

And saying her husband didn’t need her because she didn’t provide anything financially or anything at all except playing the role of the “female”. That was SO sexist and aggressive.

That was so screwed up with that cop screaming at her

nice victim blaming there dude. conviniently forgetting that he chose to continue having sex with her even AFTER she told him about her HIV. but it's her fault if he cheats on his wife with condomless sex and infects her with hiv huh? he doesn't deserve a death sentence but the woman he is cheating on his wife with does?? a whole post with condemnation for the woman just murdered but zero for the murderer. no words tbh

Fucking brutal the dude at the end. I felt bad for him. Sure he just murdered the chick with HIV and he was the dumbass that cheated on his wife to begin with, but that doesnt warrant a death sentence sentence. Unless she didn't know either and found out she was positive after they had already had sex, that's insanely fucked up on her part and not only did she pass it onto him, but then he also passed it onto his wife. And he pled guilty and they STILL gave him life?? Plea deal in that case should have at least let him walk after 15 years if he isn't dead by then already. How much you wanna bet if it was a woman who killed a man who gave her HIV that she would have gotten a CONSIDERABLY less amount of time in prison after pleading guilty? Crazy case.

"you fucking shot him!!" lol I didn't see that coming

He had no evidence... and even made some up to get her in trouble. I’ve watched a great many interrogations and this was the most accusatory and aggressive by far. By implying she was “just the female” one would think that misogyny played a part in this... and that he would have shown more respect towards a man.

The affirmative action hire detective in the second case needs his ass beat! You can tell the dude beats his wife or boyfriend and is a real piece of sh!t... he will get his in the end!

Ew that guy yelling is 🤢

The chances of getting HIV from unprotected sex between a man and a woman is like 1 and 1000. Crazy the psychology on display in these videos. The dude never had HIV and went to jail for murder because he thought he had HIV.

Matt Hart

For those that are saying the last woman deserved to die and are feeling oh so sorry for the defendant... can you imagine being 7 or 8 years old and coming home from school just to find your mother’s dead body in a pool of her own blood with her throat slashed open??? I can’t imagine what that does to a person. Those poor babies are going to need serious therapy for the rest of their lives...

She reminds of girls I knew in high school. They'd pull that shit when they got busted for stealing or something. Manipulative and annoying af.

Well you are certainly a piece of shit and no mistake

juan in gamer mode

annie

chill tf out Juan, christ

That HIV hoe deserved to die. Careless disregard for life. If Larry didn't catch it, someone else was bound to. Fuck her. Good riddance. Did us all a favor. #JusticeForLarryDunn

Wow, that officer is so unprofessional, how dare he. What a horrible way of trying to dig for answers.

Imagine going through the trauma of your fiancé committing suicide and then not only being accused of murder, but being told that your fiancé didn’t need you and that you’re “not a financial partner, you’re just a female”. Holy fuck. Fuck that dude. I cannot imagine the anguish that that woman must’ve endured.

Sabrina de la Garza

oh my god the fucking agressive officer is crazy ! I hate him. Unbearable

In Canada, the police do not have to mifandise you. This cop saw his daughter in her and kept pleading with her to get herself a lawyer. They can even keep asking you questions after you refuse to speak without lawyer repeatedly.

Well, they don't see it that way. The guilty person is focused on making him/herself appear innocent. That's why they'll even refuse council.

As an American, it’s just fascinating that the Canadian police will go above and beyond to make sure a suspect understands their rights, especially their right to council. It’s equally unbelievable that the suspects still manage to self-incriminate. The interviewer is practically begging for them to seek council.

same, I would have been as utterly degrading as possible

If I just watched my spouse commit suicide and then a detective acted that way with me, I would respond with nothing but insult after insult. Maybe I'd be risking a lot, but I'm not going to have my dignity fuckin walked on like that.

Oh he was a douchebag too, even if she was guilty the way he acted was so needless and unprofessional. Not just the yelling but the way he was needlessly tearing her down AS A PERSON at points, and oh look at that she's innocent, so good job...stupid asshole. The way he acted at points and belittled her it was like "Soooo is this really about the case anymore or do you need a therapist?". It sounded like she wasn't even under arrest, so if I was in her shoes I would have just called him a dick and walked out, whether you have a badge or not I have very little patience for that kind of garbage

lol dwayne's intentions didn't seem too pure when he purposely gave the medical examiner false information but ok i guess.......

god damn that bad cop guy.. thats traumatizing. imagine watching your man kill himself then get yelled at under a high stress situation... nope

Oh my god the cop in the second one watches too many movies what was that interrogation 😂 feel sorry for her.

Jason Longo

that scene was very difficult to watch. he was literally yelling at her sooo loud, i’m surprised he’s still working but glad he’s not doing interrogations anymore. hope he never is allowed the chance to do so

Julia

The ultimate, "You're Screwed" Trifecta lol

Dang... homeboy got HIV, fired from his job, and arrested for murder on the same day!

You can't play good cop bad cop alone Dwayne, you needed a partner there. You fucked up my man but you also made me laugh out loud lol

man, this first case gives me the creeps for so many reasons.

rip to my earphones with that loud ass bad cop

Didn't know Samuel L. Jackson was an interrogator HAHAHAHA this is great

Jesus, that "bad cop" detective is taking it a bit far... Can't believe they let him keep his job after he fabricated evidence and treated a woman who had just lost a loved one in such a way.

"Why me?" the guy says while cheating on his wife

A lot of the things he said were pointedly gendered if you think about them for more than a second or two. Pretty interesting to see.

It pulled a huge laugh out of me though!

Forest Schoenrock

"You are, in fact, going to jail."

Forest Schoenrock

lol at 19:38, the officer just turned tables.

God all Michelle can do is that fake cry scream and hyperventilate. I've straight up broke up with a girl because she would do this shit, get busted or accused of doing something and have to come clean? cry scream and hyperventilate. so pathetic.

Collin Cook

Dwayne was really funny but that was not the way to get the confession.

Dumbass Dwayne. Trying to play a badass movie cop. Shitty detective.

What Bad Cop, Good Cop looks like without the good cop.

Brendan P

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say I have no problem with what the Dallas PD detective did. He was just doing his job, and I find it quite absurd to think he would not have done the same to a male suspect.

Quinton Porter

I am guessing that Dallas PD detective wouldn't have used that tactic with a male suspect. He thinks because she's a woman that he can bully and terrify her in to confessing. I've NEVER seen a detective take the approach that far before.

Last one is clear proof of why cheating isn't a good idea. I don't know ANY successful relationships that spun out of someone cheating.

Nah that's the kinda cop that beats on innocent people.

That cop's behavior was disgusting, trying to twist the interview to fit his preconceived ideas, makes you wonder how many times he had done it before.

HIV is not guaranteed to be transmitted via vaginal sex. It is far more common to be transmitted via anal sex (that's why it is more common among gay community). This guy was just uninformed.

It's always good to have a "THUG" tat on your chest when you're being grilled for murder

Gutted, he never got HIV. *Edit, I'm not gutted that he's HIV free, I'm gutted he did what he did because he thought he was positive and he Isn't.

I honestly feel kinda bad for the last guy

I read this comment n thought I was prepared... I was fuckin wrong 😭

Dewbag

Fucking stupid interrogator. Unbelievable behavior. He should be demoted to a street police.

my headphones were in and the volume was almost at max when that second interrogator started s c r e a m i n g... i need a warning next time 😂😂😂

I wanted to punch that second detectvie so badly. What a piece of shit. He was straight up bullying this woman 7 hours after the event happened, which I understand in certain situations but that was definitley not it. Just was yelling at this woman and insulting her just because of a hunch. He should be fucking fired

ok

I thought the same exact thing. It made total sense to me that she ended up being released, and getting charged for first degree murder just for washing her boyfriends clothes while not trying to hide/escape/lie for him would be absurd.

ok

How so? He didn't even get infected. If he didn't kill her and stopped seeing her nobody would get hurt and nobody would go to prison.

Im not mad at this HIV murder at all. He is ok in my mind.

This interrogator is stupid. When you have no proper training or skill, just scream??

This retarded police officer who yelled should have been charged with psychological torture and sentenced to jail.

nitemar

I love that show. I hope my favorite detectives at the Tulsa PD aren't scum when the cameras go off.

I don't know why they charged Michelle with 1st degree murder. All of the evidence in this video appears only circumstantial, with none of it directly linking her to the actions that killed the 13 year old.

I'm not gonna say anything bad about the detective in the 2nd one, but if I were in her place I would be getting charged for assaulting an officer that day.

I would not want to be his wife; the way he talked about him not needing her, her being 'just the woman' .... I have a feeling he might not think highly of women in general....

In the case where the man committed suicide, the detective should have been FIRED for intentionally lying on an affidavit—-especially where an innocent person’s life was at stake. Police should be held to a higher standard, as they have a sworn duty to uphold the law. In TX, the Dallas PD is well know for its corruption—-this case is another example of the Dallas PD’s corruption on display.

He's yelling at her because he's thinks she's a "privileged white bitch".

unless you are 12, your birthday is fucking stupid. fuck anyone who thinks their birthday should command the time and resources of other people. you are an adult. it's time to grow the fuck up

PRETENTIEUX

The look in that man’s eyes at the end looked like his soul was gone...

where are 1 through 10?

I think it would have been very unfair to fire him. He had experience and believed in what he believed. Yes it was very unfortunate that the woman was put through this, but I think the repercussions were justified.

Paul The Sardine Wrangler

Cop unions make it impossible for cops to get fired. I know a cop who sold intel to Hells Angels and got demoted to desk duty.

You guys are being harsh on the interrogator. He was definitely aggressive but it’s not supposed to be a friendly business. He believed he was working with a criminal. Unfortunately he had his emotions tied into the case and definitely did a bad job. I’m not going as far as to say he is a scumbag though. He was fighting for justice for the deceased’s family

Ted Bundy video (wear headphones) this video.... do not wear the headphones

The living stereotype, jesus.

He tested negative for HIV

If I performed my job this poorly I'd have a hell of a time ever getting another one, but he gets to keep his. All Cops Are Bad.

GaylordButts

He doesn't deserve to be an interrogator. This low-life scum should be on the other side and then put behind bars.

Next time give an audio warning. I blew up my ears and headphones when that detective started yelling. Rip headphone users

I was once woken up by this drug addicted woman who had apparently shot up and then stuck the needle in the back of my leg immediately after, I was drunk and she was so messed up (from the shot she'd just taken) that I couldn't really make sense of the situation. watching this made me think maybe I should have had her charged, but who'd believe me anyway I guess

Jesse

good god i almost lost my mind listening to that first girl crying like a little spoiled brat. a shame that she didn't get sentenced.

" Would you shut up and let me finish"... unbelievable. He is CRAZY!! Fire this cop right now!!

Glad that Olivia won her lawsuit against that crazy detective! Off the rails that one..

He didn’t.

she was on medication. She wasn’t even able to transmit the disease.

Interrogator in second story needs an interrogator!

He wasn’t allowed to

Nothing has ever made me so angry than watching that 2nd interrogator, don't even understand how he even got that job and I will personally attack him as well because he deserves it but if he has a girlfriend or wife I pray to god they ditch him the cunt has serious anger issues

She didn't. You missed the point that his arrogance was the whole tragedy of this case. If he had spent 5 min on google or gone to get a test, he would've been able to educate himself and learn that when treated HIV is non-transmittable and that life expectancy is the same as someone without HIV. Not to mention, he could've just worn a GD condom.

Give a man HIV, don't be surprised if he gives you a bullet in the head.

Fuck I love this fucking creator.

So... Did the last guy end up having hiv?!! I wanna know!

literally no grasp on the human condition that was shocking

The black detective arguing that no one has any reason to kill him/herself if they have well paying job, house, doesn't need anyone and looks happy to outside shows that he doesn't know anything about depression or suicidal thoughts. I'm glad he has a desk job now.

The incompetence of the second interrogator is staggering.

i watched this after six months or so and its still beyond me, thompson got out without any time served. seriously, you try to literally murder someone and just demote you? what is the detterent? how many of his cases were solved like that. this is beyond tragicomical.

Lol the man at the end! How the fuck you know this woman has HIV and had sex with her raw one last time? Lmfaoooo most dumbest person on the planet l!! Dose he not know if she was none detectable and on her meds she couldn’t have passed it? Also it’s more harder to pass it from women to man rather then man to women or man to man? No one put a gun to your head to ef that woman raw, let’s not forget the negro had a wife 😒! As for the lady welp sis you brought it on yourself with this trifling man! Should’ve kept your mouth closed! His nasty ass wouldn’t have got tested therefore if u passed it oh wells 🤷🏽‍♀️ his dirty ass would’ve found out yrs later! The man never even got tested after she told him lol. He is literally a idiot!! Didn’t even seem surprised when the detective said she was hiv positive!

That interrogator of that second case doesn't even deserve the desk job he got demoted to. Why is he even qualified to work a desk job after he's guilty of falsifying evidence? And what makes him the authority on reasons people kill themselves? The guy acted like an ignorant ass, and even sounded like a sexist. I haven't ever seen these interrogators get nearly that aggressive, even when they know for a fact that they're interviewing a guilty monster of a person. All this dude had was "7 minutes" to go on and acted like that was a condemnation. Fuck that guy, he's a piece of shit.

XD?

Pardeep Dhaliwal

Ill-qualified and illogical. Affirmative Action: Lowering the bar of acceptability since 1961

Omg how is this detective even allowed to interrogate after this? Tactics or no he was degrading, demeaning, disgusting. Even if they tested her hands and clothes for gun powder, this was the most unprofessional display I've ever seen. And cops wonder why people dont trust them?

What's the rock got to do with it?

Benjamin Button

Detective Johnson acted like a mysoginist. "You were just a female". And you are just an asshole, man.

Estefania

When the master interrigator yelled ''YOU FUCKING SHOT HIM!'' I actually laughed out loud. It was like a scene from a comedy movie, but the laugh was short, because for that lady this was far from funny. Even some scrub like me, who watched a few of those, could tell that she was truthful. Most convincing, to me at least, was how visibly difficult it was for her just to recollect the scene, that she found when she came out of the bathroom. I hope she overcame her mental issues, poor lady.

the link says he has never gotten a positive HIV test so far

dude I know that's exactly what I was thinking. I would've moved to Canada already if it weren't for how cold it is

I think he envied his life and couldn't fathom that ANYBODY can have depression and anybody can commit suicide

honestly, better to have him docile behind a desk than out on the streets

He was disgraceful. You don't know if somebody is suicidal

Dwayne Thompson should have been fired period.

That black cop was like a domestic abuser, he literally attacked her like he saw her shoot him. He needs to get fired

Bacall N McElroy

Michelle is good at crying.

Bacall N McElroy

Fuck me the guy think's he's Tom Cruize in A Few Good Men. Almost like he's fucking trying to become a super star. Should've demoted the cunt and make him not leave desk ever again. But then again, when he started acting like a cunt, Olivia should've just requested a lawyer present.

Wojciech Tolsdorf

reguarding your opinion on case 1: besides being generally unprofessional, the rest you listed are actual strategies being used by the cop. albeit not being used in the right situation at all.

That second interview has horrible to watch. If she hadn't already got PTSD from the event, she sure as heck got some from that interview.

Case 2: Larry Dunn was tested and does not have HIV. Though it's obviously possible, contracting HIV from vaginal intercourse requires the virus to move through the penis. It would have been more rational for him to get tested, but than again he isn't a rational person. Case 1: I assume Defense would move for a false confession even if she did say that she killed him based on how unprofessional and intimidating the policeman is being (using profanity, speaking at a volume that could hurt your hearing, throwing his hands aggressively, being between the door and her in a corner). Coupled with the state of shock that she must be in and the pressure of an interrogation. I could understand how she would say anything to 'make it stop' or 'make everyone happy'.

And the fucker falsified evidence on top of his unacceptable behavior? I have a lot of respect for good cops but this fuck stain should be sitting in jail. And the audacity to say that his intentions were pure. Were they pure when he tried to frame innocent woman into murder. What a fucking disgrace.

Wojciech Tolsdorf

Yeah that one was difficult to watch. I'm glad he lost his job, totally unprofessional prick.

Wojciech Tolsdorf

I want to know if the last guy even caught HIV from the woman he murdered!

When the detective yelled “YOU SHOT HIM” all of a sudden, I thought I shot him for a second....

listening to the cop scream at a lady who just witnessed her husbands suicide was so disturbing. I’ve watched so many of your videos and that’s the interrogation that hurt the most. somehow, it made me more emotional then hearing gruesome details about murder. I could almost feel myself in her shoes.

Canadian detectives compared to American detectives 20:10

Micheal is that Yu ?

Trying to get any recreational effects outta Paxil?? The absolute madman

You would think you would educate yourself on HIV before planing to kill someone... I don't wanna downplay HIV but if a HIV positive person is under medical supervision and treated probably in a first world country nowadays - the virus us actually not as easily passed on through sex even if you have unprotected sex!

that second interrogation is so painful to watch. the way he speaks to her, the profanity, the volume. ive never seen anything so unprofessional in my life

2nd cop should have been fired immediately. Worthless idiot.

Of course he wasn’t fired. He would have cried racism and sued. If he was white, he’d be gone.

“She acted like she had no regard for no one’s life” how ironic coming from the murderer lmao

Username55

"He Ruined My Life, BOOOOHOOO!!". No, betch...... YOU ruined your life 🤔🤔😌😌

Dude never be allowed to work in law ever again, he decided that she did it the second he heard about things, and even threatened to tell the victims family that she killed him!

he falsified a report! he should have not only lost his job, he should be charged with a crime himself. smh

YOU FOOKIN' SHADDIM

Strange thing is detective Thompson came across as a nice gentle guy when he was on The First 48. It must have been a hell of an act.

Wtf was wrong with the second detective - she asked to leave, and if she wasn’t under arrest him screaming “sit the hell down, you think you run this!” Like. She’s literally free to leave. I know they’re allowed to lie to you but he clearly threatened her and was imposing to prevent her from leaving, that’s beyond lying . AND THEN he falsified evidence against her.

Fuck that cop! $79X,000 wasn’t enough!!! He should’ve be fired for that shit. Not cool to grill a suicide victim after the fact like that. They’re NEVER in the right state of mind. EVER.

poison the world

Ironically he didn't contract HIV in the end...

at the very least he should have reported her to the police (he probably didn't know giving someone HIV on purpose was a crime) and get tested. I think he reacted out of pure anger and hatred.

That last case was heavy. On one hand the lady that gave him HIV without telling him got what she deserved, but on the other hand that doesn't mean he should have done it.

Oh. So as long as that detective "genuinely believed" she was guilty, that was all that mattered. Lol. He's going to make up evidence because he genuinely believed she was guilty. Thank god he is on a desk job and she got some money out of it. Not sure if 789k is enough though

unprofessional police work like this is exactly why innocent people are in prison.

26:00 This dude is on a power trip. Who the hell does he think he is screaming at a lady that just lost the person she loved and was going to spend the rest of her life with? Who the hell yells at them that they meant nothing to their significant other? And why wasn't he immediately fired getting caught falsifying evidence? I don't have a clue how he even managed to become an investigator in the first place.

What a piece of shit.

lmao even the suspect is bewildered by this detective. "Why are you doing this?" Yeah, good question.

therightarm

Don't know about 5, but I agree with you... Maybe 12, out in 8 or so?

Sebastian Schuster

Desk job Thompson now! where he belongs. He could not handle the pressure of that position.

She walked because they dropped the accessory charges and instead charged her with first degree murder, which they could not prove, from what I can tell. I think she should have done time in prison, but probably should not have spent her whole life in prison or given the death penalty. It would have been smarter if they would have just pursued the accessory to murder charges. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about this, though, I forget some of the details and don't want to comb back through this hourlong video.

No sympathy for bug spreaders. Doesn't matter if he didn't test positive, she still could have potentially ruined both his and his wife's life. Only crime he committed was being an idiot, should have gotten 5 years max.

Jeremy

Lmao using a sob story to try and paint my main man Dwayne as a sexist. Nobody asked, get off your ego trip not everything in life is about you.

Jeremy

Don't worry, I'd assume this is largely an anti-killing milieu

I didn't hear that part in the video, about him knowingly doing it, can you send me the timestamp?

Dont kill me... but I felt like that first girl didnt actually kill that girl. She was an accessory for sure... and she should have done some time for that... but I got the feeling that she didnt actually kill the girl. The guy did.

He must have been a drill sergeant in the service.

So, he's the victim of his mistress giving him HIV, but he slept with his wife after he knew he might have it without telling his wife...so...it sort of evens out imo.

The one where the hardcore Texas detective was hilarious lol

How can people not be talking about that fucking crazy woman that walked after clearly being an accessory to the murder of that poor 13 year old... What a tragic fucking ending... I hope she gets whats coming to her... BTW, had to skip her awful whining, couldnt bare to watch the extremely obvious manipulative act... FUCKING DISGRACE!

What is wrong with these people, now the cop in the next interrogation just out of nowhere completely blows his top and begins yelling, literally at the top of his lungs, while I'm going to assume the woman is innocent. I know this switch in tact by interrogators is often utilised to great effect, but even I was extremely taken aback when he switched.

I can't bear much more of this woman's wailing, I'm gonna have to skip the rest if she keeps up her childish whining!!

Detective Thompson is an utter embarrassment. If his bull-headed strongarming, conclusion-jumping, lack of tact, lack of skill, and aggression is what they consider 'interrogations' then I feel sorry for the people of Dallas. I hope he gave that woman a formal apology.

Crowsie

That Dallas detective is being quite the ass

Interrogation tactics aside, that Dallas detective needs to rethink his career choice

She should have to that detective to fuck off. I hope he apologizes for the shit he said. What a cunt .

Sch kilo j

TDMR: "The First 48" never aired a segment in which Det Thompson acted inappropriately during an interrogation, or otherwise. That may not be reflective of his overall professional demeanor though, considering that the show consists of highly edited segments of an entire homicide investigation.

Typical cop shit, "oh I lied on an affidavit, and sent a woman who shouldn't have been arrested to jail for 9 days" CO says "ah well what'll you do, here's a pay cut and paid vacation time, don't do it again" fucking hypocrites.

I'm curious how he conducted himself in the show with suspects? have you seen him go off the rails like this before???

I am a longtime viewer of the A&E show "The First 48" and have seen many episodes featuring Det Duane Thompson. I am absolutely horrified by his behavior during that interrogation. He should have been criminally prosecuted for the way he treated that witness/victim. It was really shameful.

Yeah I know what he did was inexcusable but it really does sound like a crime of passion, and he was very forthcoming with his confession after his initial story didn't hold.

Tispy Wombat

Surely Michelle Liard was an "accessory after the fact". Helping somebody conceal a crime by washing blood of their clothes must make you an accomplish. Somebody please explain how this girl walked? Were the authorities just swayed by her crying?

Wow that cop was a straight clown

Again. Calling a black man an animal. I'd be interested to see if you use the word to describe any of the white offenders in these videos.

Wow. What makes him half-literate, exactly? I went back and watched it, and couldn't see anything that would point to THAT being a problem. Then I read your last sentence, in which you call him a "literal animal", and things become pretty clear; you have a lot of nerve calling HIM the racist, ma'am. Your post is pure racism.

40 years??? too much. He is definitely a victim of his own low IQ and some sick disregard for himself, sleeping with a diseased hooker and all, but seeing that she would have gotten life for not disclosing - eye for an eye type situation.. he also confessed and is clearly traumatized, although luckily not HIV positive... I feel sorry for this tiny brain man.... I can’t however say I feel sorry for the diseased HIV spreading hooker.

thank god this animal doesn't get get to do any real cop work anymore.... that is good news

that half-literate, clearly racist and sexist, abusive, black cop is loving the power trip over her, although he can see she isn't guilty... how disgusting. He needs to be removed from the force.. fucking literal animal..

Damn Larry, you didn’t even get tested. Fool.

IKR, but I do understand why he acted that way since on paper it really did seem that the victim was having a great life to suddenly kill himself. But yeah in the video they weren't aware that the victim was overdosing on some drugs and shit.

Heh, that black detective screaming at the white girl was similar to my college arraignment for some vandalism that I didnt do. When we got out, the cop escorting me said, "Give a guy a little power, watch it go straight to his head." Still not sure if I should have filed a complain against that black judge. He was clearly racist as the last guy in his court, I caught the end of and he was accused of raping his niece, but he was black, and the judge acting like they were buddies lol. Here I am with this super low level charge, and Im being screamed at that Im guilty.

Ryan Seitz

How does trying to convict an innocent person help anyone? Any person can understand Ex Detective Thompson was following his gut feeling confronting the suspect, but a line has to be drawn where one tries to fabricate evidence. He should never work in law enforcement again.

Larry Dunn saying he thought about it for 4 days made his sentence go from 2-20 to 40 YEARS! It’s that premeditation that adds the time, every time. “Malice afore thought”= 1st degree murder The sad thing is that he is very uneducated about HIV and how it is spread. Unless you’re in contact with an infected woman’s blood in men don’t contract HIV from vaginal sex alone, typically. Damn.

Charlotte's Web

LOL HE DIDNT EVEN TEST POSITIVE FOR HIV He basically killed himself

Allowing people like that detective, who fabricated evidence, remain in the police force is irresponsible.

I was so shocked when he yelled she shot him. lmao Omg my heart.

Jeez, that detective was not there to play games.

That Michelle girl's crying is so fucking annoying. I want to punch her.

Ex Detective Dwayne Thompson clearly has issues with anger towards women at the very least. And I'm sick to death of military personnel getting away with crimes because of their service. Like my ex husband did when he walked into court in his Navy dress whites accompanied by his commanding officer while I sat with my bruised up face. The judge stated she would be leaniant because of his service...

That interrogator in the second video is just awful.

Max's Basement Retro Revival

makes me wonder how "false" false confessions really are. He went hard and she stood her ground and she was clearly terrified of him and wanted to appease him. But wouldn't cop to something she didn't do.

fuck that guy... He's in the wrong line of work.

The police should've stuck with the accomplice to murder charge, they got greedy.

Wait.... the first one was not guilty?

I'm in Ottawa and able to watch without problem at all.

A bit of a waste of time. I could listen to about 3 to 5 minutes before the All the videos on this site would just stall and I don’t know if it’s because I’m in Canada or a what but..............too bad, there’s lots of good vid too ;( zZ

That interviewer......yeesh. Had to turn the speakers down.

Ex-drill sergeant turned police detective.... wow, that guy is a complete dick. I can't imagine judges are very pleased with this "interrogation" tactic. Oh wait... judges are on the same team as the cops, aren't they?

damn...that was real embarrassing for that interrogator. When he started barking and swearing, I was like ''whoa..i aint never seen this approach before..'' but I assumed he knew what he was doing and I was waiting for the truth to come out.. Real shame that he was dead wrong with that accusation..

He does not handle evidence, and he is not involved in any part of any chain of custody for evidence in any case anymore. Everyone is imperfect and he is too. The video said there was no evidence he acted with malice, so it was a mistake, not an intentional offense. He will pay for it much more than you can imagine...for the rest of his life financially. I agree...he's the lowest of the low as far as police go IMHO, but he got fair comeuppance. Justice is done for him. He paid his debt for his imperfections.

I heard further down that he did not

bruh are you serious "ok but how would U feel" isn't an argument

FALSIFY EVIDENCE. Keep your job as a POLICE. What the fucking fuck?!

Omg he tried to be Denzel Washington 😂😂😂. Thankfully he was demoted.

God, that asshole investigator being demoted after traumatizing that poor woman is SO satisfying. Keep it up JCS

this interrogation was disgusting. poor woman.

Tunnel Snakes Rule.

Jase

Did the second detective actually go through interrogation school? He's unhinged! Edit. Glad to hear he was demoted after watching the rest of the interview.

I’m eating Pizza, Ravioli w/ Meat Balls, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and Boneless Chicken Wings!

he didnt to this date.

I wonder if Larry Dunn actually contracted HIV....

It matters to me Michelle and it should matter to you...

"YOU FUCKING SHOT HIM" out of nowhere kinda cracked me up not gonna lie

That first interrogation... The two adult females head out for a smoke while the adult male takes a minor into his bedroom!?!

Couldn't finish the 2nd interview. That cop was infuriatingly stupid.

Larry Dunn should have researched the stats before resorting to murder: "A meta-analysis of three studies exploring the risk from insertive vaginal sex (inserting the penis into the vagina) was estimated to be 0.04% (equivalent to 1 transmission per 2,500 exposures)." Hardly a dead man walking.

Pretty weak evidence against Michelle Liard as far as a murder charge. I'm glad she was found not guilty. I think the police really over reached focussing on her fictional story. I'm a writer myself and writing about a murder is certainly not the same as planning a murder. Also her reactions in the interrogation were totally natural for an innocent person.

YOU SHOT HIM! He was being a total asshole but damn I had to laugh when he came out of nowhere with that!

Who was the kid that got shot in the head that ur talking about?

there's a bunch on YouTube that had links before, not sure what happened. hopefully an accident?

I get why the guy might want to kill her, but he still had sex with her even AFTER she told him she had HIV. I don’t have pity for this dude.

Poor guy? That woman found her dead fiance in a pool of blood, then had a person in a position of authority yell at her repeatedly saying she killed him. Then, that same man falsified the results of the forensics and she was charged with the murder of the man she thought she would spend the rest of her life with. She was completely betrayed by the people who are supposed to protect and serve her. Fuck that guy and he is beyond lucky that he still has a job at all. If there were any justice, he would be serving time.

so are the other 10 parts just gone?

PTSD, huh? The woman must have had one hell of a lawyer lol. Poor guy. Im completely ignorant to these types of situations, but Im not sure I agree with the Houston Detective being removed from duty. Seems a bit harsh IMO.

That Houston Homicide Detective was going tough on her, but of course they didn't know he was abusing pills. Thank goodness she stood her ground. His actions were pure!?!? Falsifying an affidavit?? What bullshit!

I honestly believe the girlfriend was innocent. She was outside when the girl was upstairs alone with the her boyfriend. I believe if she was guilty she would of ran just like her boyfriend did. He confessed to his mother "he" killed her not that "they" killed her. I don't believe a story that someone writes means they're guilty of murder. Accessory after the fact, yes. Murder, no!

They all are

Noah Sotelo

He wasn’t even positive for HIV after all of that. Holy crapoly.

Michelle is a perfect example of why we need to be cautious about our instincts to jump in, defend and believe a woman just because she sobs. And the second interrogator is a perfect example of narrowminded misogynist who has no respect for women as equals. Both these attitudes stink and both need to be dealt with by thinking people.

that second police officer is a butt.

That what happens when u appoint a military guy as a detective

Why would you need to interrogate dogshit?

Absolutely. When he told her "You were just a female" I knew for sure he's a full-blown misogynist.

The second interviewer obviously has a problem with women.

The screaming guy is just a dogshit interrogator

Scarlett - Yes most definitely you can request that and most likely it will be granted. Especially if you are being interviewed by the opposite sex, you can always request being interviewed by a female. On saying that I would NEVER agree to an interview with law enforcement or anyone else (media), I highly suggest you use your right to silence.

Can u believe he’s been on the first 48 show many times. You know that was all for the camera, he didn’t care one bit about the dude getting shot.

This question is in regards to the second case If in a similar situation as the second police interview are you, as a person of interest, allowed to request to be interviewed by another detective?

The Angry Dallas detective is a piece of shit in this episode god damnit

Jim taught me that canada isn't all sorries

Sorry but I don't feel bad for the chick with HIV. If u have it and u know that u have it but you're having sex with other ppl without informing them first then what u get is what u get. I only feel bad for her kids. From the looks of it, She was having sex with another man too. I honestly don't feel like he shoulf go to prison. How would u feel if someone did u like that? That's enough to make anybody snap.

the last guy - oh man. and he didn't even catch HIV. If he had known the chance of catching for him it was 1 in 200 he probably wouldn't have just killed her - he just assumed he caught it already.

2nd interrogation indicates that cop should not have a firearm. He's insane

The first interrogation should have been yelled at in the manner of the second cop. She is crying about “only washing his clothes,” and that “he ruined her life.” She never once thought to call police - no no no no no no - let me wash my murdering BF’s bloody clothes! Disgusting on her part. As for the asshole detective in the second one, it was really hard to listen. My heart ached for her. Much like another one on here where a kid was handcuffed even though he had been shot in the head, and died a month later AFTER both of his eyes needed to be removed. The police/fire said they did an “independent investigation” and that they were not at fault. Right! Of course they would say that! Independent my ass!!! I’ve worked in government positions, and I’m well aware of who these “independent investigators” end up being. 🤦‍♀️

I am APPALLED at how this detective was speaking to this woman. I have yet to see an interview like this if/when there isn’t evidence to prove the person is guilty and you’re just pushing for a confession. Had that been me I think I would have needed to ask for an attorney the SECOND he blatantly & angrily shouted “you shot him!” That would have been it for me. This is SEVEN HOURS after the shooting and he has gone in full steam ahead basically not taking a denial or refusal for an answer. He made a decision and was trying to force her into making the rest of his job easy for him. When he started implying that her fiancé didn’t “need her”, trying to force her to agree “he didn’t need you, he was gone still have his company and his mortgage...” And she responded that while he may not have needed her financially, they were in love and engaged, and the detective interrupts to say that he’s not even talking about financial need... Then he ends up saying “he didn’t need you on the finance end of things! You’re JUST a female!” I mean what the hell is that?! I haven’t even finished watching it yet because I was just so aghast at how this was handled...

i am speechless with the second interview....oh my god..

Yeah, definitely agree with other people on the second officer's interviewing skills. I can acknowledge that a sharp change in demeanor like that can usually throw a guilty suspect off guard and can often lead to a confession in an effort to de-escalate the situation. But it doesn't seem like he was able to do much of any analyzation of her body language or anything about the way she answered his questions. He should have switched to a different technique, but instead he obviously thinks he can "yell" the truth out of her and fight every assertion she makes. What a douche.

What do you say when a white detective is shitty? Racist.

Never had to skip an interview before, but wow.

Nick

I could not fucking handle that fucking officer yelling. What a piece of shit.

Nick

Middle detective was probably a diversity hire: "Just because you were uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh a couple"

The main route of transmission of HIV is through vaginal penetration. Having repeated sexual encounters before she disclosed she was HIV positive although not confirmed through pathological analysis it is a fair assumption that he had contracted the condition. Also the fact he was cheating on his wife is irrelevant.

I felt bad for the last guy. I can understand why he did it, she effectively attempted to murder him and his wife. However he should have let the law deal out justice on the matter, got tested and got her life in prison. Also stop shilling he deserved it because he cheated on his wife. Cheating is a moral and ethical dilema it is not illegal and in this case is insignificant.

The officer in the mid video interview is a disgrace, I don't care whether its a legitimate technique - no person should be subjected to that after losing a loved one

TMCPI (1-7) / "The Code"

"To date, Dunn has not tested positive for HIV." https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2013/11/05/texas-man-who-killed-hiv-positive-mistress-gets-40-years/

Linus Wärn

Whoa! He fabricated evidence. What an ass. And he got to keep his job :/.

“You fucking shot him!” I lost it. Wasn’t expecting that.

"Nigga with attitude" or black man with anger issues.....You decide!

Detective's are stupid cos I can tell 90% of the time whether someone's guilty or not yet these fuckers have no clue!

I'm on the floor at my work dying I want to hang out with that black guy god damn it lmao so this is how it's goingto be

"You are in fact going to jail."

For the first girl, they shouldn't have upgraded her case. It would have been a slam dunk if all they had to prove was accessory to murder.

Dont cheat on your wife, stay HIV free...simple

Now watching each interrogation is now is a bit of a let down with no erupt vocal violence "YOU FUCKIN SHOT HIM!"......

So did anyone find out if the last guy ended up having HIV or not???

Given that others have committed far more horrible crimes and only gotten like 17 years I agree he was treated too harsh. However, I think that if you murder someone you should be in prison at least for life. A life for a life. If they did that across the board then I wouldn’t have a problem with any of the sentences.

You really did not just write that. The implications exist only in your brain and the brain of people like you. She wrote a story and it came true. What part of that is not anticipated/planned murder? She probably didn’t actually stab the girl because she was busy entertaining the sister. If the sister wouldn’t have been there she would have most likely taken full part in the murder. She got away with it. That’s the truth.

I think anyone who commits murder should go to prison at the very least for life.

Right. He could have gone to the police and accuse her of having no regards for his life. I’m not sure if there is an actual name for it, but I have heard of cases in which the individual is charged because they did something that put someone else’s life in danger forever, like this type of scenario.

Anyone know where part 1-10 of this series is? I can only see part 11 onwards on the patreon site

that dallas detective is giving me serious cole phelps vibes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rNV61Rpo-0

And the award for most thug detective of 2019 goes to!

Tyler Lavoie

“YOU FUCKIN SHOT HIM” im so glad that this is an actual tactic...because thats what I would always do when they’re sitting there whining loke that

Tyler Lavoie

tunnel snakes taking it too far

Dyce

I love this detective

Seriously, my thoughts exactly! We've seen time and time again what a good detective is (because of this Patreon and JCS YouTube channel) and Dwayne Thompson was anything but.. That poor woman deserves more than 750,000 dollars for what he put her through.

That Dwayne Thompson was allowed to remain a police officer, is incredible and an insult to rule of law. When he started shouting, I thought "what the fuck is this?"

Not that it was right to kill her, but I understand the guy’s rage at the woman’s failure to disclose her HIV+ status until two weeks of unprotected sex. She had no regard for him, his wife, or his children. Granted, he was cheating, but he didn’t deserve to unknowingly be exposed to a deadly disease, particularly one that can be passed on to a spouse. And the law backs me up in this, as adultery plays no part in the violation of HIV disclosure statutes. We don’t know, but what if the wife had been pregnant at the time. Now, a new baby is at risk of infection. All in all, I’m sorry the woman was killed and her two children left motherless. Additionally, I hope the guy did not get HIV - for his and his wife’s sake.

This idiot with the HIV crap... Just bc you had sex doesn't mean you're going to acquire hiv.... Now had you tested positive that's one thing you knew you had it but you legit have no idea if you even have it. Does he ever say he was tested? And WHY YOU??? BC YOU WERE HAVING AN AFFAIR!!!! THATS WHY!

OMGGGGG I DONT CARE WHO YOU ARE JNLESSUNLESS someone is PROVEN GUILTY YOU SHOULD NOT EVERRRRR BE TALKING TO THEM LIKE THIS!!!!!! HOLY CRAP!!!!! THAT POOR WOMAN! I WOULD SUE THE HELL OUT OF THIS MAN! THAT POOR GIRL!!!!

You do realize he was fired because he is a useless piece of sh*t that caused great trauma in Olivia?

That black detective is me. I do not have time and patience for scumbags like the other detectives I have seen here.

ALWAYS ask for an attorney and say nothing unless your attorney is present. Not all cops are trustworthy.

ALWAYS, be

25:11 that stutter lol

Omg why is this pos cop screaming at the lady, he has deep issues.

Wouldn't they test the hands of the subjects for gunshot residue?

Su Doku

Please, please, please, read the attached article until the end. A fucking whirlwind.

Oh wow .... the Dallas PD detective interrogating Olivia, I almost had to skip past it. Agreed with another comment, he should be ashamed.

Lol i mean it technically is a group of people, and nobody named Jim as far as I remember. Theres one guy who makes the videos and does the research and then the narrator is just a narrator... so two, at the least. I don’t know if the first guy edits, or they have an editor too

Elena

She wasnt acting, moron. She was extremely emotionally distraught. People make all kinds of fucked up sounds when they witness something horrible. The fact that youre unaware of that makes me think youve never had any real trauma in your life or witnessed someone see something horrible.

child of cascadia

When the black detectives attny said "his intentions were pure cuz he believed she was guilty". Right there, he failed. As a detective you should never have a preconceived idea of whos guilty. You need to look at *all* the evidence. How someone acts in interrogation is one piece, but hell after watching all the guilty fucks on this channel that chick def didnt act like them. She acted like someone traumatized, and then the fuckin dick starts screaming at her

child of cascadia

I think youre right cuz I thought the same thing too.

child of cascadia

welcome to America my friend.

Bob Getty

The second interrogator should be ashamed of himself. He was not fit to be in the position he is. Absolutely no knowledge of human psychology. What a jackass. That poor woman deserved more than that settlement.

that damn cop got off way too light.

Just check for gun power residue you fucking imbecile

Black Detective is a fucking piece of shit. Wow.... Wtf

I dont feel bad for him at all. He's a murderer and refused to control his own actions. I dont victim blame either, though

That cop interviewing Olivia should of been able to see she wasn't being deceptive if I can, what a terrible cop

In Norway if you're nice they let you leave prison on the weekends.

"I've done everything in my power to reason with you" No. For the last hour youve been a child.

'It was HIS HOUSE' 'He didn't need you' 'You were just a female' DUDE WTF

am i tripping or was the black detective who was yelling and screaming on the first 48?

He is without a doubt amongst the most heartless f***s in society but low IQ possibly could of played a factor.

That bastard couldn't bother having himself checked first if he had fucking HIV before deciding to kill this woman wtf. He didn't even care enough to check himself after!

Pale Ale

Feel bad for the HIV guy. What she did was fucked up. Actually, if he didnt kill her and just reported her, she couldve gone to jail for a long time

Of course he got HIV lol, chances may not be too higher but doing it more than a few times after just kinda seals the deal lol. Great name btw

So did he even get HIV? I don’t think the chances are nearly as high as male on male...

I couldn't finish the part with the lady faking through the entire interrogation. Most obnoxious thing ever.

Same. That gave me a physical reaction.. I don't know I would have dealt with that..

If I ever commit a crime, it'll be in Canada.

I humbly confess, I thought I knew something about life but survey saaaaays! "I know nothing". I thought I was starting to "get it" but NOPE! Nooooope, I do not get it. The only thing I am now 100% sure of, is my confusion.

Wow, I've never been triggered quite so explicitly of my childhood abuse than by the dallas cop.

Hydro-heads, Sanpaku eyes and Hapsburg chins.

I don’t blame him actually.

that detective w Olivia - 0 to 100 real quick. oh man

I would've told that detective to fuck off and I want a lawyer. Asshole.

catbyte

Anxiously awaiting a new video from JCS!!!

Maybe Trump can renounce his US citizenship and help Canada out? I wouldn't mind that....

fuck you Canada. can you get rid of Trudeau and grow some fucking balls?

He was right to be suspicious because she didn't seem all that sad about her boyfriend's death and didn't even call 911 when she found him.

That Dallas detective is a real dick.

The second interrogation, the Detective absolutely scared the crap out of me. I actually jumped lol. He's not someone I'd want interviewing me if I committed a crime.

You should do a Josh Powell special!

Why would ANYONE have unprotected sex with someone you knew had HIV. He "fucked" her before he killed her. Update: to this day, he has NEVER been positive for having HIV.

JCS, I really like the interrogations of innocent people peppered in here and there!

The second video with the detective screaming at the woman, omg I have never seen such a vile, explosive interrogation. I'm so glad she got a payday, poor thing. I'm not at all surprised that she was diagnosed with PTSD. I can't imagine being in her shoes that day. And as far as the last guy, I don't know what the hell I would do if someone knowingly gave me HIV and I accidentally gave it to my spouse. It is a little bit of karma but damn, I can understand his extreme mental state

Not saying what Larry Dunn did was justified but man, that is shallow as heck to do to someone..knowingly give them HIV...then again cheating is shallow too.

Wow, that detective made me mad af

You can’t handle the truth!!!!!!

Did that detective think he was auditioning for a role in a film or something?

Daaaaaamn. These were all great!

I agree completely

"you're just a female". wow.

her 8th grade level acting causes me physical pain

ha ha, the asshole cop got his ass in a sling

That dude straight up Samuel L. Jackson-style interrogated her hahah

That's so insane how if you aren't extremely careful what you charge a person with... they can get off scott-free if the charge doesn't match up. What a shame that the prosecution team couldn't build a stronger defense than the circumstantial evidence from the torture porn she wrote.

Incredible. When i realised he knew she had HIV and this was all revenge i felt almost, ALMOST sorry for him. Especially when he said " She killed me".

Wait! Did he just say "she had no regards for no ones life, especially MINE!" okay Mr. Your Life Is Worth More Than Someone Who Has HIV! Smdh!

That 2nd detective has a hate for females, that asshole said "you were not his financial partner, you're just a female!" Now that's what you call a bitch!

People need to learn their rights early and remember them. That Girl told him she wanted to stop, she should have lawyered up as soon as she gave her initial statement.

Oh my GOD- that second detective made MY heart beat fast. what an animal

Thats what I keep thinking as well, every case this guy ever worked on shouldve been examined. As the saying goes "for every rat you see there's 50 you don't."

One has to wonder how many innocent people that Dallas detective put behind bars

Why is that guy worried about his wife and kids after he’s had sex with a woman he met online? Wrong time to worry. And he still had sex with her knowing she was HIV positive, yet goes on to say he killed her bc she had no regard for his life. The main problem is that he had no regard for his own life.

No, I wouldn't agree with you. One: I'm not a paid detective who's job it is to investigate a crime and find the RIGHT person who committed the act. Therefore, I am not making a conclusion that is comparable to his. Two: Frankly, having been married to a cop and seeing his interaction with the people he served, I can say that the way he acted at work is related to how he acted at home. People may have different personas for their work life and home life but the underlying personality is the same. Having watched many interrogations, I choose to say that he harbors a disrespectful attitude towards women. I can also say, that if I happened to be dating a man and saw a video like this of him, I'd end the relationship immediately. However, these are all my opinions made up of my world view and personal experiences.

I physically could not make myself watch the entirety of that clip with that "detective" from Dallas. Absolutely deplorable behavior. I cannot believe he was not fired. I thought people in law enforcement had to go through different types of testing including emotional and psych evaluations? Or am I mistaken?

Haha oh yeah

Desperately waiting on the next hidden perspective btw, no rush though. Well maybe rush a little bit

Anyone else think Lazarus and the second cop would make a great interrogation?

How did they get an audio recording of a phone call after the fact?

I don't buy the excuse either that his military background was the reason considered for his continued employment. I believe it is the result of affirmative action, or rather, the political sensibility around the mindset of the people working in governmental organizations that have to implement these egalitarian measures. In short, black or white, the guy should've been fired for violating his oath.

Jordan

In the case of Larry Dunn-the police were able to obtain audio recordings from her phone records?

So did he get HIV from her??

It doesnt matter how badly you want someone to be guilty.

Are you kidding me? They caught that detective in a fucking LIE about the case, fraudulently accusing the woman of murder and he STILL HAS A JOB. Even though the department was found liable to owe the woman 700K for the lie. Man I support cops but that is total bullshit.

Did he contract HIV from her? Don't think it was said

Lol soon as he said that I was like OOOOH bro you fucked up now

Honestly what that HIV+ chick did was wrong. Ppl get long prison terms for what she did. The guy who killed her did a terrible thing but I think most ppl could empathize with him

Not saying I agree or disagree with his methods but he is questioning a murder suspect... And you can't sue someone because you feel they were rude (at least not in the US).

The 2nd detective was absolutely terrible. I don't think he was effective at all, just derogatory and screaming. You won't get anything out of anyone that way. If I were her, I would sue the detective for all he's worth. People like that are just power hungry.

american vs canadian interrogation methods. not saying which is better lol

I don't know, I feel like having a lot of money and a good job doesn't make anyone immune to depression or suicide.

As of almost a couple years from the murder, he still has no HIV. So he Killed her for nothing essentially.

So did he have HIV or no?!

Here is a quote from an article I read, "During the trial, Dunn's attorney admitted he had not tested positive for the virus." (Part Six: Was Cicely Bolden's Murder the Ultimate Result of HIV Stigma? Experts Weigh In)

did the last guy actually contract aids..???

That 2nd cop would've caused me to have a second breakdown all on its own. I would have asked for a different person because being shouted at like that, guilty or not, would cause a person to react in a way that would affect how they answer, no? Terrible.

hiii

Not the opinion that most people seem to have but I think that 2nd detective was effective, especially when he made the case of financially and all for him to kill himself is a bit ridiculous, he had everything he needed and would survive fine. Looking at someone as a murder suspect and they cant even answer if someone could be without them is muddy territory. That makes you think that the person has an unhealthy attachment to the person when they cant be honest about that, also pulls all of their honesty into question too. I will admit the screaming was a bit excessive at times, he didnt need to get so big and loud, and tampering with the case is also very wrong. Just from his viewpoint she was a very likely suspect with the things he had to go off of. Also not fired for tampering with a case regardless of intention is a questionable choice. He was trying to swing the pendulum in favor of convicting a person unable to be proven guilty, some things you just dont do regardless how you feel.

I'm going to be completely straight, if I was confronted by ANYONE like that officer confronted that girl from Texas, I'd absolutely go into a Dystonic storm. Dear lord is that ever hard to watch.

Angelena....you really believe that the methods the 2nd detective used as a means to acquire a murder confessions has any connection to his personal interaction with his wife? That's a pretty large leap in logic wouldn't you agree? You are basically making the same unfounded conclusion that the detective himself made regarding that woman's innocence.

"You were just a female." He's a sexist pig. How did he not get fired?

I can't imagine being that 2nd interrogators wife. He is so abusive and disrespectful! Good grief!

yeah.. no music. I want to be able to clearly hear every noise these psychos make

lol please don't jim

In earlier videos there was ominous music mixed really low which in my opinion added to the experience. Is it possible to put that back in?

thats what i like to hear you the best jim

New episode coming Wednesday 3pm ET x

Such a contrast between #1 and #2. First was polite, treated her like a human, made sure she understood her rights (not just reading them to her, but actually making sure..). The second one... wow... just wow.... And what he said about the guy not needing the girlfriend because he made a lot of money so 'you are just the female' I guess says a lot about his worldviews... I understand that she shut down after that, what can you say when you are so obviously looked down on, just shouting insults at you.

Even the cop was like.... You know, you should really call the lawyer now... stop talking and call the lawyer, or I can call that lawyer for you but you really should not talk because we are going to use it against you, you understand.. please listen to me and stop talking and let me get you a lawyer first ... And I think that's how it should always be tbh (making sure someone really understands and gets that lawyer, not just quickly read them the rights and hope they will just be too emotional, stupid or thinking they're innocent to not really understand that they should get that lawyer and not help the police lock you up, let them do the work ;) )

That Dallas police officer was so far out of line. Hard to watch. Glad she got compensated!

Innika Ackerley

"You are, in fact, going to jail." These interrogation guys are hilarious

Moron murdered her for no reason.

Jim posted an article in the description of this video. Turns out that the guy didn't even get HIV from his mistress, he was totally clear. Didn't give it to his wife either.

Both the guy and the victim was playing with fire. In reality though there is like less than 2% chance of a man contracting HIV from a woman through sex, all he had to do was google it.

That last dude pisses me off. Karma is a bitch you cheater. Dont say "why me?". You had it coming. But to then give it to your wife knowingly? And talking shit about this woman who gave it to YOU, knowingly? I never seen someone so unselfaware, selfish and hypocritical

For the last dude, dishonesty sucks doesn't it? That cheating POS deserved every bit of that.

Didn't know Stephen A Smith used to work as a police interrogator.

Its ok, I was too. I found him believable at first.

Damn Dwayne smh. I was rooting for u

Dumb as Jury. We Canadians are too nice.

believe they have been taken down for some reason i was very much looking forward to the release of the code part 3

Where can I find “the code”? The Prison one?

I live in Dallas, I only see the cop patrolling the yearly state fair or security at basketball games

I can't believe the cop from the 2nd clip still has a job there. Yeah sure he legitimately thought she was guilty, so you just fkin BLATANTLY LIE to someone to fit your conclusions?!? Shit like that needs to be purged out of our police force. Innocent until proven guilty, my ass.

if you can understand half of it why do you need subtitles?

Maybe I'm beating a dead horse, but please, please take the time to make these videos more accessible with subtitles. The content you guys produce is high enough quality that I'm more than willing to pay to access all of it, but it's such a bummer not to be able to understand half of it. I know it's time intensive (I have to do it myself for work), but it really doesn't delay output that significantly, especially if the work is split.

Bethany

So as of that article he is not HIV positive

Dwayne thompson is dirty cop. He should have been charged perjury at the very least.

It was most likely a back and forth text conversation

He included a link to his hiv status

Did the last guy end up having HIV?

This has to be the BEST video in the series yet, Jim! Absolutely phenomenal work. x

She behaved strangely, he had a logical reason. He shouldn't have lied though. The question is if he knew it was a lie or he genuinely thought it was true that there was blowback on her clothes. Insinuating that they're "programmed" to believe people are lying to them is ridiculous. They're tasked with a job you most likely could NEVER do.

Her picture is on screen multiple times, it's the girlfriend of the murderer.

Mum's out of the picture, good relationship with her grandparents but just months before her passing she had moved from her nana's country house to her father's place in Mississauga. Hard to keep an eye on a kid as a single father, especially when they've just hit teen years and have moved to a comparably "big city." I had the same train of thought as you upon hearing the story so I had to look for some answers.

I’m going to get roasted for this, but I honestly just can’t help saying it: where were that first girl’s (the 13 year old) parents???

Elena

Hi Jim, you should check out the case of Nick Hillary and Garrett Phillips. Saw an HBO doc on it and I was NOT convinced that he was innocent!

I seriously appreciate you and the videos you make for us! I’ve rewatched just about all of your videos multiple times lol. They’re just that interesting!

they always claim to be pregnant XD

How did they get the phone records on the 3rd case? It sounded like they listened to a recording...

The girl with the boyfriend Killing the victim.... If she lawyered up I doubt she would have probably never been in a courtroom. He killed her, I was scared for my life because he threatened to kill me if I told and or didn't help.

I am so glad to hear that Michelle from the first case was found not guilty - the implications of a guilty verdict would basically mean that any author who writes a novel that contains gore is guilty of murder if someone they know commits one. As weird as Michelle might be, there was no evidence of her premeditation for that actual instant offence that was committed that day. And that second cop - he really seems to be lazy as fuck and just plays percentages. He totally loves his power over others - you can see it in his attitude.

My goodness I could barely watch the second one. Complete abuse of power, what an awful cop.

Omg that cop screaming at that woman was horrendous. If she was innocent, I cannot imagine what she was going through. He should be fired. He's an awful interrogator. You must remain be able to professional regardless of the situation and he definitely did not. There was absolutely no reason to cuss at her, tell her to shut up, scream at her or shush her like a little kid. So unnecessary and unprofessional. Then to tell her that her deceased fiance "didn't need her," that was just wrong. She will probably remember that for a long time, perhaps forever, wondering if it were really true. This was the worst "interview" I've ever seen in my life. He lost all control of his emotions. Unreal.

Ashlee Turner

No he did not.

Did that black guy end up being HIV positive? Didn't he say he didn't get tested?

I’m not okay with the way the second detective treated the witness. There was no evidence to implicate her apart from a slight-only minutes long- delay, and he treated her terribly. You can be tough and intimidating without screaming down at somebody. How scared must she have been. I haven’t finished the video yet but I’m guessing since he was abusing antidepressants and was highly intoxicated it’s highly likely he did indeed shoot him self over the argument about a fuckin’ birthday party. Poor girl. *edit* phew I’m glad he faced disciplinary action, and I’m glad she got s settlement, though of course no money could make up for such a terrible trauma.

Nope, he did not.

The black dude did not show ANY shock about her death, just concerned about himself.

That was 2013, though, so things may have changed.

Quoting the link, “to date, Larry has not tested positive for HIV.”

His expertise is more on horror and supernatural. A crime thriller author would make a good suspect tho/

dude stephen king would be completely screwed if ones fiction writing could be used as evidence against them

Did Larry get HIV???

when he asked him why didn’t he consider just breaking it off for the slight chance he didn’t get infected this dumb mf looked at him like he ain’t know their might be a chance he didn’t get it 😩

Total POS! I was yelling at my phone...WOW @ the shi.....he was saying to her.

Seriously, but might I add abusive, because I can't think of another more accurate term at the moment.

Dwayne Thomsom is one unprofessional piece of shit! Even if you're 99% sure she did it you still have remain professional and respectful just in case.

Russ Walker

I think the cop in dallas got in trouble over his interview tactics

such a good video man

What happened to part 8?

Me too!! I loved it.

I was hoping Jim would let us know if he actually contracted HIV. Because it seems like that would have maybe helped him in his defense. I don’t think he did cause, as you said it’s much harder for a man to get from a woman with vaginal sex. And if your levels are low it can be almost impossible to pass on.

#2 omg!!! I have never seen a interrogator yell like that at anyone. He should have been fired. He falsified evidence. I’m glad she got a settlement especially because her boyfriend committed suicide. I can’t imagine being in her position. Sad.

he never tested positive.

I understand him too, but still confuses me how he knows enough to realize the seriousness of that disease yet he also didn't know enough about how important it is to wear a damn condom if you're going to have sex with a random.

Those men, how do they have the guts to act this way, unacceptable, especially as a man!

As always, great content! Thanks Jim 👌🏻

I've watched a lot of these vids...never seen anything like that lol

I'm glad #2 sued and won a settlement from the cops. Considering she appears to have been innocent, it's pretty messed up that the cop retraumatized her that way. I wish she had just asked for a lawyer and refused to cooperate in any way.

The chances are like 1 in 3000 for a MF sexual encounter with an infected partner, so unsurprisingly he doesn't have it. What a monster.

Really??? He literally told her in texts he was going to kill her. The premeditation is obvious. Not only that, but the chances of contracting HIV are something like 1 in 3000 for any single MF encounter with an infected partner. He knew the risks. He used her for sex "one more time," and then murdered her with his bare hands and watched her bleed out. He 100% deserves to die in jail.

i was waiting for the last guy to discover that he didnt have HIV

Abus Maisala

I miss the catchy tune from the earlier vids, great work as always Jim

Did the last guy actually contract HIV? Just curious

Damn, was really curious to see if Larry Dunn was actually HIV+ or not. Would’ve been incredible if he didn’t contract it, thought he was going to die still and killed her.

The first case happened in my neighborhood in clarkson ontario. Always heard about it but never knew details. WOW.

Denzel was pissed.

William Abbott

20:03 that cop suddenly yelling scared the bejesus out of me lol

Dunno man, that opens up a whole host of problems - largely defence for murder. Let's say I want to do away with my boyfriend and not spend the rest of my life in jail. All I have to do is have sex with him first and then when I'm caught just say "He told me he had HIV after we had sex". I'll take my cheeky 5 years and be on my way.

i would have had a hard time convicting the third man of first degree... clearly he is guilty of murder... and it was his fault for not wearing a condom with a random to begin with.. however, i've done it, most of us have done it... choices and consequences...

#3 should only have gotten 5 years. if someone knowingly fucks you who has HIV and doesn't tell you until after, you should be able to kill them and agree to a 5 year sentence

Thanks Jim! I could tell right away the woman was innocent, any decent detective could've seen that!

Anger issues on #2 cop. Good for her for getting a settlement.

Curtis

God that fucking pig. Fuck #2.

JackApollo

The last story just goes to show that assuming people have common sense is usually not correct. I'm sitting here thinking "how did he get an HVI test that fast and murder her already?" Come to find out he didn't even get tested before murdering her! And he didn't even contract the disease! Of course it's not ok to engage in sexual contact if you have HIV and don't disclose it, but it's also on the guy to wrap that shit up! What an asshole.

Use Shift+Enter at the same time to start a new line.

lol, I was casually listening with headphones and almost 💩 myself 😐

As fascinating as ever, thanks, Jim C. Swim! That said, man am I ANGRY. The first sniffling little sociopath. Not one iota of concern, empathy or sympathy for the dead 13 year old child. Nooo, it's all about HER (disguised as concern for her murdering fiance). THEN, that cop! However he was allowed into an interrogation room alone with a witness / suspect is beyond me. He should NOT be a cop, end of. And since when are civil servants allowed to swear like that? The guy's just a flat out bully. Last waste of oxygen: so, he's cheating on his wife, he has children but he has the audacity to sound all betrayed and wounded?? And he leaves her for her children to find? What a prince.

Siobhan Blue

Its annoying to comment when you can not press enter to start a new sentence and keep some spacing. I am so used to typing out comments, story`s and use spaces in between to keep it readable and clear. But after a few sentences i need to scroll down to see what i am actually typing and when i then press enter it gets posted.....aaargh

Paul Wevers

Imagine finding out your husband was cheating on you, murdered the person he was cheating on you with and then possibly getting HIV from him because he cheated all in one day. What a massive POS.

really wonder if he actually had HIV

Yeah the second one was important to see.....I’m surprised he got to keep his job. He almost took her life from her..and I can only imagine this happens more often than we know. These guys are programmed to believe people are lying to them. They don’t look for truth as much as evidence to prove a person is lying. It’s quite scary to me.

ShyShanks

Michelle is annoying as fuck.

Lee Sewall

I nearly confessed to the murder when the cop shouted 🤣🤣🤣🤣

he sounds like the kind of lad who beats up on his wife whenever somebody on telly mentions police accountability.

Stern

good job, keep it up. needa be on tv on god

Just imagine the last guy really screwed his entire life up for nothing because the article beneath the video says it turns out he never contracted HIV, what a terrible fate for everyone involved and to think of those poor children breaks my heart

Brendan Hamilton

After Larry said he came to terms because he's already dead I really understood where he came from. She already gave him a death sentence so what can you do?

That's what I want to know.

was larry hiv postive tho ???

I’m so excited!!!!

No Man Will Ever Ever Ever Speak To Me This Way Ever. Badge Or No Badge. Did I Say EVER??!?!!?!!!!!?? 😡🤬😠

The stuttering right? LMAO.

I almost laughed when that retard cop yells "You fucking shot him. ". WHOA. Well it was good to see how an innocent person responds to an untrue accusation. Her crying was really questionable however and may have been off putting. If you have HIV come to terms with it and then tell your partner -don't fuck around with that. Not cool.

She must have bedroom skills to die for

thank you so much <3

We most certainly don’t.

Kevin

Damn, last girl Charlie Sheen’ed him 🤦🏻‍♂️

Jim!!! No more interrogations with loud ass sniffling, please?!

25:15 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The last one made me so mad because HIV doesn’t even work like that for one it’s hard for a man to get it from a woman and two if they were only together two weeks he wouldn’t even test positive for it for at least another 2 weeks if not longer and he would not be able to transmit it to other people for that long too. Plus I know this is 2012 and we have come a long way from then but you can be undetectable and not be able to transmit it to other people if you’re on the right medicine which is what I feel like she was trying to explain before he killed her but 🤷‍♀️

"I'm gonna charge you with first degree murder... OK?" No, I don't think that is ok, officer. LOL. Listening to that cop talk is painful.

3rd guy is Dumb with a capital D, but meh don't think he should have got murder 1, she kinda had it coming

Who is the girl being interrogated at 12 minutes?

Jonathan Berman

That second one caught me off guard, she was acting awfully guilty during questioning. The ending took me by surprise!

As always, love the content and thanks!!

Nice one JCS! Good exercise for my cerebral stamina 👍

Haven't even watched it yet but can already tell it will be great

I’ve been waiting for this...YAAASSSS

Denyse Van Leuven

Yesss!

that black cop should go fuck himself.

Community question; do Yanks use X? Like us Brits do? We use it at the end of writing as a kiss. . .Jim also uses it. . .is Jim a brit?!? (Maybe an Aussie?)

Booker

the HIV woman knew this was coming according to the texts yet she has sex with him again? both these people do not seem to be prized candidates in the human gene pool

Wow. Yeah because the US is such an amazing place to be at the moment. Between President Dumbass, Moscow Mitch, Gerrymandering, Corrupt Lobbyists, Big Pharma, Big Tobacco, Big Oil, "Fake News", Fox News, Russian Oligarchs, Russian election meddling, half the population still blatantly racist, daily shootings, 'the second amendment, disgusting immigration policies, immigration internment camps, and a general hatred and ridicule from the entire modern western world for backwards policies? Yeah. I think i'll take our "mess" over whatever the FUCK you have going on in that shit-hole of a country down south. Good luck to you all, I'll be watching the flames from up here with my free health care, clean air, friendly people, beer that doesn't taste like piss-water, smoking a legal joint.

That first case made me angry. She had no problem encouraging her boyfriend to murder someone but astonished she would get into trouble for helping him clean up to hide the murder.... and they let her go. Canada is totally messed up. From everything I hear I'm so glad I don't live in that mess and hope the US doesn't get that bad.

The fact that that 2nd cop still had a publicly funded job is an absolute travesty! He should have gone to JAIL! If other cops were not good at their jobs and he investigated this case solo, that woman would be spending life in jail for a murder that was actually suicide!

Booker

can you change your name to 'Jimmothy No Swimmothy'

littlepoz

I doubt it. Chances of Female to Male transmission is 0.04 %

Luke Jepson

In the last interrogation, when the guy was still in his ‘I’m innocent ‘ phase, he gave himself away by going to call her a mother fucker. Did anyone else catch that? He stopped himself “.... blah blah, I slept with that mother fuck...” That spoke tonnes to me!

That piece of shit cop. Fuck that cunt.

Luke Jepson

Your videos are great! They're intelligent and riveting.

Larry didn't test positive for HIV

Michael Patrick Trahan

A year after the murder he still didn't have HIV which is great for his wife. I hope she dumped him.

DAMN! just finished the first case! that crazy bitch got to live out her twisted fantasy AND get away with it! *phew lmao

Ali Garrett Guneken

"Dad we're hungry when will you make us some food?" Sorry kids, JCS email just came in. Do not disturb me for 56mins 53 secs.

Mordecai

I check here every morning for a new video 👍

And a light shown in the sky, and it was JCS, and the world was good again

Holy shit... the way that interrogator screams at the second sub... it’s hard to listen to that shit. How guilty would I seem if I had stood up over him and absolutely ripped him a new vaginal canal if he suggested i killed my fiancé and I was innocent

based

Drew Voss

The cop in that second video was beyond infuriating. His disdain for that woman was glaring and it had nothing to do with his search for justice. His disgust for women was cartoonish in its over-the-topness. He’s the perfect Psych study specimen for a guy that’s been burned by a bad relationship- who probably has mommy issues too. I hope his desk job is going swimmingly 😏

Jennifer Kelly

No it’s supposed to be readily available and it’s publicly listed online

Ahhhh!! I need to know if he actually contracted HIV??? Does anyone know? thanks for everything that u do jim! ♥️

Great video. I particularly enjoy the set-up and conclusions of the interrogations. It gives me a sense of the segment being a complete case as suppose to just a snippet.

Sean Behrens

I wish we found out whether or not the last guy ended up with HIV.

That cop in the second interrogation pissed me off to no end. I'm so glad that lady ended up with some money to compensate her for being treated like human garbage.

I was waiting on the last interrogation to end with the discovery that he didn't contract HIV. Letdown haha. Awesome vid as usual. Thanks.

Christopher Cox

Does anyone know if he actually got HIV? Or did he not want to get tested to have a justification in his mind maybe. Also sad to see a detective let emotions and stress take over like that. My gut instincts immediately told me his angle and technique was all wrong, he seemed like a "bad guy".

LET'S GOOOO!

"Are you concerned about your wife?" "VERY!" *Has sex with her again* 🤦🏻‍♀️

Kaz Brookes

more can-con wooo!! thank jim!!

That first girl has more crocodile tears than a youtuber apology video.

VeggieBrah

Just curious - should that toll free number be bleeped out ya’ think?

Great work Jim! Love your content especially these interrogation videos!

Well, if you're arrested you know what NOT to do during your interrogation! :p

The more I think about it the more I suspect that "Jim can't swim" is actually a group of people. A group of people with a dark secret....you see, I think this group of people were involved in the accidental drowning (and the eventual cover up) of a someone named Jim. The make these videos out of guilt to their victim, but never actually talk about it......anyways my question is how much would it cost to get Kizzume to narrate my life? :)

I was about to have my baby....but the baby can wait! Sorry kid, it’s Jim Can’t Swim time!

Was starting work....it can wait!

Awesome!

Can not wait to watch this!!!!!

My boss just came in and asked me to edit a report for her. I screamed at her and told her to get out of my office because Jim uploaded a new video and to shut the door on her way out. I think security is on their way up to escort me out. Anyone hiring? :p

Will

I already know this will be good, it always is.

The man, the myth, the legend: Jim!

Robert Leeson

Everything stops for Jim

Love you Jim. Thank you.

It’s a gooood day when Jim uploads 👍🏼

Was just starting a crime video on Youtube. This'll be better! 👍🏼 Thanks Jim!
