It might sound weird, but try sending an appeal that says: "I was mass reported by the woke mob and they are trying to limit my free speech." A lot of people that have been banned by twitter for worse things have been able to come back by saying something like that. I actually think the process is managed by AI at this point. So maybe an English response will work. Especially since Elon Musk is the owner now haha
