IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PLEDGING

Patreon has somehow changed my account to charge upfront without me knowing. Normally, you have to enable this yourself or they e-mail you about the changes but I've received NOTHING. I only learned today that my account was changed when I saw that many patrons were billed twice. I have messaged patrons on here if you have been charged twice. PLEASE check your patreon messages as I have a few options on what we can do refund wise.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR NEW PATRONS/INCREASING TIERS:

You will be charged upfront (immediately) when you pledge. You will also be charged the remainder of the cost if you try to increase your pledge for the month.

This has come very sudden for me so I am trying to figure out how to plan the next months to come. I can either send NEW patrons the previous month's set, OR start sending the current month's set at the beginning of the month (EXAMPLE: Get charged December 1st = Get December's set, Get charged January 1st = Get January set, etc.) The latter option is more complicated since I have to find a way to catch up old patrons.

My current model is to get charged the 1st of the month for the previous month's set (EXAMPLE: Get charged December 1st = Get November's set)

This is a temporary post! Once I figure everything out I will make a newer and clearer post. I am going to spend tonight figuring out my new Patreon model. I just wanted to let new patrons know that they will be charged upfront now. I also want everyone who has pledged in OCTOBER to check if they have been billed twice. I should have contacted everyone who has been billed twice but if I have missed you, please alert me ASAP.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience everyone. This has completely taken me by surprise and I am currently scrambling trying to figure out what to do next and refund everyone who's been billed twice ;_;. Thank you for your patience and for being so understanding.

Edit: I've also already contacted Patreon a few hours ago and am still waiting for a response.
