Today’s the day!!! TYL’s first content update, which includes the first day of Chapter 2, is finally available! 🥳👏 We’re so so so so excited 😀 We’re dying to hear what you think about it! And, of course, if you were to find any bug/typo/problem while play, please tell us!

But let’s get straight to the point! We created a second page on Itch.io for the early access versions of Text Your Life so our dear "Medium Menu" tier patreons can easily download the updated game on your Android phone or on your PC! We’ll send you, through a private message here on Patreon, the link to access the Itch.io page along with a password that you’ll be asked to enter when you click on the link. So be sure to check your messages!

The download process is really easy, but in case any of you is having trouble with it, here are the steps you should follow:

1) Click on the link.

2) Enter the password.

3) The Early Acces page of the game will appear on your screen.

4) On the section called “Download”, you’ll see three different versions of the game available for download: Android, Windows, Mac. Once you click on the Download button of the version you prefer, the archives will start to download on your device.

5) Now you can start playing! Just install the new .apk on your phone, or extract the downloaded files on your PC. We recommend starting from the beggining instead of loading one of the old saves, because the game might not work properly if you do so. But it’s up to you!

6) Don’t forget to check the community board on the Itch.io page (it’s at the bottom), in case you need to report a bug, or if you just want to comment on the new content! We’ll be happy to read you!!

And that’s it! 😊 The early access version will be available for 15 days (until October 31st). On that day, we’ll make the update public.

¡Hola queridos Patreons! 🥰

¡Al fin ha llegado el gran día! ¡La actualización del primer día del Capítulo 2 ya está disponible! 🥳👏 Estamos tan tan tan contentas que no podemos con tanta emoción 😀 Nos morimos de ganas de que lo juguéis y nos digáis qué os parece. También, por supuesto, si encontráis algún error o tenéis alguna sugerencia, estaremos encantadas de leeros.

¡Pero menos charla y más ir al grano! Hemos creado una página adicional de Text Your Life en Itch.io para que nuestros amados Patreons del nivel "Medium Menu" podáis descargar la actualización mediante acceso anticipado, tanto para Android como para PC. A través de un mensaje directo aquí en Patreon, os enviaremos un link para acceder a esa página en Itch.io, junto con la contraseña que os pedirá para poder acceder a ella. ¡Así que estad pendientes de vuestros mensajes!

La forma de descargarlo es muy sencilla, pero por si acaso hay alguien que no conoce Itch.io, os dejamos por aquí los pasos que tenéis que seguir para hacerlo:

1) Haced click en el link.

2) Introducid la contraseña.

3) En ese momento se os abrirá la página que hemos creado para descargar el juego.

4) Veréis una sección llamada “Download”, con todas las versiones del juego. Cuando pulséis sobre el botón de Download correspondiente a la versión que os interese, el archivo se descargará en vuestro dispositivo.

5) ¡Ya podéis jugar! Os recomendamos comenzar desde el principio otra vez, ya que es posible que, si cargáis partidas de la versión anterior, os surja algún problema.

6) No os olvidéis de echarle un vistazo al apartado de la Comunidad (está al final de la página de Itch.io) en el caso de que queráis reportar un bug, o si simplemente queréis comentar el contenido de la actualización. ¡¡Os leeremos con mucho gusto!!

¡Y eso es todo! 😊 El acceso anticipado estará disponible durante 15 días (hasta el 31 de octubre). A partir de esa fecha el juego se compartirá de forma pública para todo el mundo.
