Challenge yourself

12.4 miles, 100 plus lbs, was trying to do the hangloose here but my hands were too swollen to do it. Remember to challenge yourselves. What have you guys done recently?

I’m in a National guard medevac unit, pair aviation and Guard and you get some lazy people that don’t like PT, so I try to motivate everyone in my unit to PT and challenge themselves. Personally I have started hiking with a pack!

Kill it bro. Fucking kill it

I too am military (ex-military, Army,7+years from 87-94 as an 11b) and my first duty station was Berlin Germany and we used to have this thing called the DBC roadmarch, 12 miles, 3 hours and if memory serves the packing list was around 80lbs. Talkin about being absolutely smoked afterward, so I know exactly how you feel in that pic. Once, I slept in the dayroom downstairs because I couldnt drag my ass to my 3rd floor room.

Hey Mike, just began supporting you. Youre one of only 2 people I give money to, youre too knowledgable and Ive learned too much from you not to give you something for your knowledge and time.

I put in some serious time behind a computer screen watching your videos. Does that count?

I was pushing 300 pounds a couple years ago, decided to make a change and hit the gym and control my diet. Down to 230 right now and definitely see a difference in my body shape; hit a plateau lately but getting serious about it again and gonna make damn sure I’m down to 180 by next summer.

Made it through cancer, have my last surgery in October, which is more to remove tissue. Then....for the remainder of the year, and next, my big goal, is to rehab my body, and get off of years of using pain pills. It will be a struggle.
