Iโm no insider, but it seems to have been poorly communicated and far broader than necessary. Iโve also heard bad things about PG&E as a private utilities provider. They have to generate earnings for their investors, which can mean deferred maintenance that can lead to more wildfire incidents. I guess Iโm lucky PG&E isnโt my utility!
