Book 5 cover

I'm considering a few changes—like removing the cockroach, zooming in on Nat, and adjusting the layout. It's something I'll decide later based on what I like the most.
On the cover, you can see Lissandra, the black mana dagger, the dagger made from Saint Absolute’s flesh and bones, with the 5th floor Champion’s eye imbued into it. And more!
While it’s not 100% lore-accurate—Nat has too many arms, Flamebearer could be more damaged, and there are some other small details—I’m really happy with how it turned out!
P.S.: Plz, no spoilers.

2025-01-03 13:56:33 +0000 UTCYeah, I like your point about Liss being relaxed. When they fought, she was partially disciplining an unruly student and partially testing his abilities. I never got the impression she was fighting seriously even though Nat gave everything he had. It'd be hard to convey all that in a single picture but making her more casual would help.

Also, nat being as serious as he looks here, with Liss being really calm and leaning back could signify that she is noooot worried at all

Also im not sure but the mana pointer finger seems too long compared with the other hand but maybe it's my imagination. The arm is really good, doesn't need flesh anyway.
