Scribble #1

I've come up with something small but fun I could do and share with you all :) I'll try to draw all sorts of random little things with a pen in a little notebook and upload them one by one. I don't want to specify how much I do or what the themes should be, but I feel I'd like to keep them SFW. And I don't know how many I'll make each month, but I'll take my little notebook with me wherever I go to give myself a chance to draw these when they come to mind :)

Since I've been drawing digitally for quite some time now, it's a big step for me to try to draw anything with just a pen, like before I started making my comics. My plan is to do as many little drawings as possible without any modification or planning. I've tried this before, but now I hope to do it regularly! And I also hope I can reduce some of my anxiety about stuff by practising this. So I hope you'll like these little things! :)

Often times I find the most interesting ideas come from having to take and error in ink and create something new out of it, Love the doodling process, way less stress too.

I love this idea! Can't wait for more!

These are fantastic!

I go through the exact same thing! Relying way too much on erasing/digitally deleting etc. Pen and confidence for the win! 💚

It's freeing indeed! Before I was drawing for money I was only drawing traditionally too! But the problem was that I was always erasing too much, ruining the paper and throwing my work away. And digital drawing freed me. But now I always undo too many lines or redrawing too much which is unnecessary and it only hinders me during work and hobby. I'm trying to get a bit confidence back with these doodles. :)

Thank you but I know many people steal my works and I can't do anything about it. But thank you for telling me. I rather concentrate on creating. :)

A little doodle here and there won't hurt.

I’ve been a traditional artist all my life and only recently got into digital. I love the fun and challenge it is to draw with pen. You can’t really make corrections so it’s freeing in a way to just go with your gut on the image. I can’t wait to see more!

SinisterVibe
