The 3rd egg that is used to birth Faputa is the one that Wazukyan used on himself and carried within him, she receives it when she makes him a hollow. My opinion is that in the same way that the abyss manages to take a hold on some individuals and use their desires to further its own, like the white whistles and even Riko, it used Wazukyan and that is why he was able to use an egg without disastrous results. Like I said in my comment on the last video, this show is going to continue to ramp up in intensity in such a cool way with each episode.
