Early in production, he had Impas breakdown way earlier! Watching it over again we realized it was way too fast and had no build leading to no effect for the viewer.

Impa being attacked by phantom, just felt wrong so we removed it.

The lost wood section was supposed to be a lot darker than it ended up being! Soldiers hanging, and a creeeeepy smile from Zelda. I'm not too good at horror so I just could decide what was scary and what was over the top, so we went for a more subtle scary in the end.

We had Demise actually show up in the scene to persuade Ganondorf, but we felt it came off goofy and the visual of demise so early in the episode would've kill all speculation and mystery

Ganondorfs convo with Skill kid was very different. Ganon was trying to be a nice guy asking about love and care, and he, on his own grabbed Tael. Then we came up with this idea of slowly showing how we perceive Demise taking over Ganondorf by showing inside Ganondorfs mind/soul.
