Love the covers. Lots of meaning. If I had my guess about their hints to the story, I would say that Impa playing the puppet master is more a look at herself and her role in the coming war: she is going to manipulate every piece on the board, make them dance the tune she sets, and cut the strings when their use comes to an end; the end result? Hundreds of soldiers are going to die, all in the hopes that the Hyrulean Knights might prevail in their task. Ganondorf's shadow I think is quite self-explanatory, and no I don’t believe that is the Demise in him becoming manifest, he is the manifestation if Demise. This to me looks like the return of an old friend from the Water Temple. Again, Ganondorf in front of Link's tree house is self explanatory, that's the flashback of the events that essentially began all of this: His cursing the Deku Tree. And finally, Link and Skull Kid together are devising the perfect 'game' for whoever comes after him. At least one regret will be eased before his passing.

OKAY OKAY OKAY 1. I'm with Hanayo in that I believe the first one depicts how the Hyrulean army is nothing without Sheikah knowledge and dirty work. Impa in particular must know more than she has let on so far. Maybe about the Triforce pieces, maybe about the sins of Hyrule during the civil war, maybe some completely new sheikah divine secret. Whatever it is, she knows how to puppeteer the military to meet one goal while they think they are doing another. 2. We know from Wind Waker that Ganondorf doesn't quite know why he was so driven to conquer Hyrule. The second image is the shadow of his divine/demonic spirit whispering to him after he awakens his inner Demise with the Triforce of Power. All three of the main characters go through a divine awakening in Ocarina with the help of their pieces, and this is G-man's. 3. The most mysterious of the bunch, I assume this is a flashback to when Ganondorf went to extort the Kokiri Emerald from the Great Deku Tree and passed by Link's house. I think there is a chance that this refers to just how connected Time Link and Ganondorf are. Ocarina of Time is the only game in the Zelda series where the antagonist and protagonist get to know each other intimately. These two characters understand each other quite well by the time your series takes place, to the point where I believe the second your Ganondorf sees Link again he will know EXACTLY who he is looking at. That "I should have known it would be you" energy. 4. We all know where this friendship is headed! Link will need someone to talk to guarding the sprout and I believe this is the beginning of the planning stage for the sacred grove shenanigans we see in Twilight Princess. Hide and Seek anyone? Thanks for the challenge Sean! You always pack a lot of meaning into the art, even if I didn't get it right!

WAIT.....WAITWAITWAIT WHY IS IMPA CONTROLLING THE KNIGHTS LIKE THAT O.O;;;;;;; (also, I totally adore those other artworks~! Your art is so gorgeous!!) I'm guessing the song for Impa might be a reflection of how the Sheikahs have to do all the dirty work for the royal family, how Ganondwarf is bound to Demise, how Ganondwarf may actually be envious of Link's life...and then the last one with Skull Kid is just adorable and wholesome TuT
