Patreon Revamp

Giving things some thought, I know that I don't have the time or resources to really do much in the way of video editing/producing aside from possible speed paints, and with Twitch being a bit of a dead end for me given current issues with my bit rate I've transitioned over to Picarto.
I will be adjusting the patreon tiers to better fit this change, but you will still have access to all the art you've been seeing. I'll also be ensuring commissions by active patreon subscribers will have discounts applied. I'm just refocusing the patreon more on art, resuming patreon-only streams, and opening votes/suggestions back. There's future plans to send out physical items like postcards and stickers as well regardless of where you are in the world!
