these are just a few stills I caught out of the video I just posted for the VIPs, explaing, IN PART how I keep my breasts so nice, NATURALLY. Aside from swimming, I do these arm exercises on my indoor bike and THIS WEEK, I'll be back on my regular bike, outside everyday for an 8 mile ride to lose the 3 extra pounds I gained last week (see my Y.T. video from May 17th for more on that) and xoxoxo!!
