I just finished a new piece. The colours are a bit darker than usual, but it's actually no surprise because it's inspired by Netflix's Dark. I usually don't enjoy German productions but this one had something special. I just loved the moody forest scenes so much. So I wanted to do something inspired by it, but still put my own spin on it.
It feels strangely nerve-wracking to be sharing a new illustration after my break. But I have a lot of others planned, so I'll just be moving on to those and not worry about things too much.
For the title, I'm leaning towards "Lost Within". What do you think? Any other suggestions?

2020-07-10 01:07:46 +0000 UTCFor me, it's fine ! I enjoy to keep freedom in colors and I like the turquois color of the grass :) My problem when making this type of mood would be when printing ... I find often that my paintings are not as luminous when printed than they are on the screen :D
